Great experience

Right from the start I felt comfortable and not pressured in any way. My salesman, Brian Price, was wonderful. He listened to wait I needed in a vehicle and showed me the best options.

Worst Body Work

I choose to take my brand new Tahoe into the dealership and should not have. Paint looks like a three year old completed it. Very unhappy with the workmanship.

Paul Young gives car salesmen a GOOD name!

No pressure, understood what we were looking for, did his best to present options, very detailed, took the time to understand our situaton. Ray in financing was very personable - took the time to make sure we understood everything that we were signing. Overall: GREAT car-buying experience!

Dan Tobin GMC went above and beyond!

Marty was very helpful and professional. Had a check engine light on and needed a couple of other maintenance services completed. Needed to be done and out the door by 2:15, I'm not sure who the technician was, but he worked through his lunch hour to get the work complete in time for me to leave. Always friendly and professional service!

Friendly and Efficient

After a bad crash, where our car was totaled, we needed a new car fast. Made a phone cal to Tobin. Went a few hours later to meet with the helpful saleswoman I had spoken to on the phone and bought the car the same day.

Great communication throughout repair process

Dan Tobin Collision repair did a great job of communicating original expectations. When a part came in that did not meet the quality specification they rejected the part and communicated to me immediately with regard to the new timeline. It was great to get a quality repair and to be kept informed when something did not go according to plan.

Go to Dealership for Many Years

Dan Tobin Buick GMC has been our go to dealership for sales, service, bodywork and parts for many years. Our vehicles see no other place due to the trusting relationship that we have formed with them. The staff treats us like family and for the loyal customers we are. It has been a mutually beneficial relationship. The staff is professional in every aspect, very knowledgeable and always attentive to your needs from the time you walk in, sales process, financing, review and acceptance of vehicle. Have never had a better experience any other place. A huge thank you!

Quick oil change and free tire repair!

I did not like having to use a different service guy. Mine would not have sold me an extra $100 worth of cabin filter and wipers with my EXPENSIVE oil change. You know what my vehicle usage is, and you send me coupons for a $49.95 oil change that expires before I need it. Not fair! I give all my 5 stars to Todd Kreiger and the guys behind the scenes. Still wish you had car washes to go with the oil changes

Very helpful

Brought car in for protective finish inside and out. Prompt service. Only complaint--Hertz gave me a Niessan Sentra which wasn't the easiest for me to get out of(reason I traded my Regal for an Encore).
