My advisor Conor was excellent. Great communication through out the process. Mechanic left my car mat dirty. Even picking up the rubber mat to dirty the original Toyota mat. Don’t they use the paper covers anymore??

I’ve been going to Roseville Toyota since 2001 to service my 2001 Sequoia. My car has over 255,000 and continues to run and drive exceptionally well, thanks to the tremendous service and care of the service department at Roseville Toyota. In particular, my Service Advisor, Conor Egan, is simply the consummate professional and I really appreciate his dedication to his job and for always providing honest, sincere service and advice. The sales person that showed me some of the cars and we went for a drive in the RAV was very professional. I just was not ready to make a decision and my time was limited for a number of reason including I needed to take my disabled daughter home as it had already been a long day. I was not ready to buy any car that I saw on three dealerships and am still researching.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff made it easy
Like a lot of people, I showed up at Roseville Toyota to “just look” at a couple of cars. I didn’t have my checkbook, had a bunch of dumb questions because I was going to do my research after “looking at a couple of cars, and I even managed to throw in some technical problems and a tight deadline because I had somewhere to be. Everyone with whom I worked showed impressive patience with me and answered all my questions. There was a bit of the “good-cop bad-cop” (sales person and sales manager) that we all know to expect when buying a car, but it was minimal and at the end of a bit of negotiation, we agreed on a price that we could both live with. They also managed to get me out with my new car (so much for “just looking”) in time for my appointment without making me feel rushed or pressured. All-in-all, a great experience.

Recién lo he comprado, un Hihglander XL, todo parece bien, por ahora. El vendedor Luis Gutierrez, muy amable (como todo vendedor). Pero, el Asistente Jawahar Dhawan, presiona mucho, tuve que negociar muy fuerte, para conseguir un precio a mis posibilidades.

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Roseville Toyota. I have to say, it was one of the more pleasurable experiences I have had purchasing a new vehicle. The salesperson who worked with me. Mr. Long Tran was very professional throughout the whole purchasing process. From the first greeting to the final good bye. Mr. Long Tran had my interest in mind. I truly wish all salespersons had Mr. Tran’s sincerity and professionalism. I would all so like to say that Mr. Franklin Torres, Finance Manager, was as professional as well. Mr. Torres explained all the details in financing and aftermarket options available to me. He also listened to what I required to finance the Tacoma.
