Easy access to appointment scheduling technicians and staff available when I arrived done when promised. Staff was helpful and polite. Estimate was right on even a bit less

Dropped the 2020 Pilot off for 2 recalls, but two days...

Dropped the 2020 Pilot off for 2 recalls, but two days before my appointment the window button on drivers side door would not put down passenger side window. Tim was very attentive to my concerns, turns out just needed to be reprogrammed. Easy fix. Car was done in less than 45 mins. Great job service department.

Brought vehicle for rear differential oil change. I requested tires to be filled pressure was low 30psi. Nelson said it would be checked with the included inspection: When car was returned pressure was still 30 psi. Did mechanic change the oil?i have doubts. Not Nelson’s fault
