Adding Customer Unnecessary cost
I went for Oil change & State inspection and dealer failed the inspection because of Exhaust leakage, they insisted to replace the Exhaust flex pipe and for parts and labor $1000. I went to local Auto care for second opinion and they said it’s just a gasket change and bold are missing and they did for $180 including their labor and parts cost (Gasket & 3 Nuts). The dealer was just pushing to replace entire thing that's not required. I request dealer to serve the customer that required and instead of insisting the things that are not required and also provide the full details in summary for the cost. I totally disappointed with dealer.

Our SUV
We recently bought an SUV. That we had a couple of issues with. Our salesman Harrison and sales manager Lazeras worked with us to resolve those issues and we are very happy with the results. The SUV now runs great and we are very happy with the purchase.

A + Best Leasing experience
We went on July 16 with the intent to lease an Accord and were met by Lorenzo. He immediately set up the transaction, no hasseles. We ran into some difficulty making the transaction not do able , but he did not make us feel like we were any less of a customer and immediately recommended the Civic, along with Lazaros. We had some hesitation , as it was smaller, however, Lorenzo had us try it on for size and it was perfect .Again had some issues, but he worked through those without hesitation, showing care and concern for the circumstances of the lease and respect to us even though we had to downsize. The remainder of the deal was perfect and we left with the leased Civic

Makes sure you are comfortable with your buy
Bob Black has been very helpful over the past few months. It’s been a rough patch but Bob was able to make sure I was comfortable with my buy there was no hard pressure and very straight forward with every vehicle. No matter what your situation is they can help. Bob made sure I left feeling like this is the car I have always wanted and I am very thankful for it.

Andrew P gave us the best car buying experience of our lives.
