I dealt with Matt Chandler and had an excellent experience. I bought a used vehicle in good condition at a very competitive price, and Matt made the whole transaction smooth and pleasant. I found Matt and the entire staff to be far more genuine, grounded, and cooperative than my other experiences with other dealerships; no tactics or angles, just straightforward and fair negotiation. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My wife and I went in to look at a used minivan. The sales associate was friendly as was everyone else that we dealt with. We test drove the vehicle loved it and Adam was very helpful. They ran our credit, evalutated our trade and came out with our financing information. My trade in value that they came out with for the trade in was well below trade in value, by 4-5k. When I asked about this they said that the book value does not pertain to V8s because nobody is buying them right now. Now to the financing, the payment they had was way to high for the amount I was going to pay, when I asked what the rate was I was told "good probably better then you are paying now". I had also told them they I had found a few vehicles that were comparable for less money and they said there was something wrong with that and they couldnt even buy the van for what the other dealership was selling it for. At this point Curtis came out and told me that he may be able to get me more money for my trade and that my payment would be about $70 less then before. Something doesnt add up. To me they are using deceptive practices to sell vehicles. Funny that they called the next day though. Never will I deal with Autofair Honda!!

This review is a year too late . I went in to inquire about a used Honda accord , saw it front and center, and was greeted by Lena and walked through the who;e process with ease. She introduced me to Burton who made me feel even more comfortable. I didnt have great credit, they worked with me, and I left that day with the Accord. Also they called me about 2 months ago and tell me I have a free oil change coming . I had forgot about it. I took my car up for the oil change and Lena and Burton saw me and then spent 20 minutes talking to us . Not about cars but everyday stuff. Dealing with justin in service was just as rewardable. Top notch ! Will get all future oil changes and service there in the future because of that service experience. Then about two ago, nearly a year after the purchase , Lena called me to make sure I was happy and that floored me. Autofair will always be my first stop when purchasing future vehicles , and I told Lena she can never leave there because she trly made me feel very special. Also my fiacee will always bring her car up there for oil changes and service { with a car regretfully not purchased at Autofair } LENA YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

He has top notch customer service skills that does not end once he has the sale. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from JR!

Dan Wood raises the bar in customer service everytime I visit the AutoFair Honda Service Department. My wife and I just purchased our new vehicle and when they applied the ResistAll someone inadvertently scratched our car. Dan took care of us without hesitation. Further, when I could not pick up my car he offered to drive it to me personally. I have been working with Dan for a few years now and I can say he is the most honest service rep with which I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is simply outstanding.

I was more than happy with my recent Honda CRV purchase at AutoFair Honda in Manchester NH. Both Derick Sanders and Adam Rocheleau went way out of their way to make sure my experience was superior. I have always thought of buying a car as a painful necessity. You don’t want to feel like you are paying for more then you are getting in that new car as well as hoping that you will receive the full value of your trade. In both cases they hit it on the money. Additionally you could just tell they enjoy the occupation they are in by their friendly approach to me and my daughter who was also in the dealership to buy a new Honda CRV as well. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the deal and nothing felt like an obstacle to get by. An example was when I did not have my insurance information handy and it was a weekend. We worked together to get logged in online to the agency site and obtained an online card which gave us the info we needed. Issue solved with ease! The whole experience was done in a most efficient and effective manner so I was in and out without unnecessary delay. The vehicle was cleaned and I was given all the instruction I needed to comfortable drive away in my new car. Next time you are looking for that new car and want a pleasant experience and true value for your money go to AutoFair Honda in Manchester NH and see Derick and Adam.
