Service is a joke.

I can’t believe we are doing this again. But here we are. I brought my car in two times for a noise at acceleration. The first time they didn’t take me to drive it. The second time I went for a ride and he acted like he couldn’t hear the blatant noise coming from the front right side of my engine. I self inspected and the chirp at idle is coming from the belt connected to the alternator and the noise is coming from that same area. Upon looking at the belt it seems slightly misaligned and there is most definitely an issue. That was four hours of driving back and fourth because I live an hour away. The first time I had issues i was asked to delete my review upon repair of the things their techs broke. I don’t know how I can trust Autofair Nissan in the future. They just don’t want to fix a problem. I can guarantee if I was paying out of pocket he would have heard the noise. I can’t recommend Autofair Nissan anymore.

BUY BEWARE

I purchased a CERTIFIED 2016 Nissan Rouge in July 2021. I traded in 2018 Kia Sportage in my opinion was in good condition. The day after I purchased the Nissan one of tires was losing air we were going to the dealership anyway to finish paperwork service took the Nissan in and said the valve cover was loose. Now all the tires seem to lose air at least once to 3xs a month. I will be buying tires very soon. I had concerns about vibration when the car was at a certain speed. I was told that the model I had shifted like a standard vehicle.. What was experiencing was as if the vehicle was in between gears before it shifted. There was a lot of rust on the wheels .My husband cleaned and painted them . Recently brakes are at the ware tab .. My issue is when a vehicle is certified what does does that mean ? To me in my opinion there should be new tires and brakes fluids change. ETC The Nissan is a comfortable ride I didn't think I was going to have issues. I haven't had the Nissan a year yet. Next time if there is a next time I will buy new.

Great experience

Jeremy was great at allowing me to check out the truck I came down to see without any question. He was attentive when he needed to be, but gave me space so I could make sure this was the right truck for my company. Easy to work with, quick to get financing, and I drove away in my new-to-me diesel truck! THANK YOU

Great customer service

Oil change, tire rotation, check brakes.

Very nice staff, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Sean greeted me, he was a pleasure to talk to regarding lease/buying options. I will definitely return to this facility for any repairs or buying options! I appreciate the NOT pushy approach.
