Wow Wow and Wow !!! So Flo Customs conducts most of their business out of state, for this reason I wasn't going to buy a car sight unseen. I did a pop up (from MD) and from the time I entered the Dealership I was treated like Royalty, just like I was family. It started with a phone call to the awesome and friendly sales person Chris Veradi, I felt the honesty, kindness, and respect, from the other sales guys, the VP, and the finance team. They made me feel like I was the only customer on deck. Let me not forget Old School super cool and pleasant, he detailed my car to perfection right before my eyes. They truly went all out without any preparation, that made it truly sincere and unrehearsed. I can't "Thank" them enough. They took great care of me from beginning to end. Recently i had a very bad experience with them. They posted custom car on eBay. I traveled from New York to Florida to check it. They give me to test another car not the one which i was going to get. When i went there the description and details on car did not matched with the post on eBay: no hard power cover, no 350 miles for charge etc. When i asked questions they said they copy and paste from another car....??? but they will not take any responsibility for that mistake. Anyways i decided to take the car and they promised they will fix the problems before they deliver it. After the car was delivered, very expensive, over 100K, 2024 HUMMER truck, aftermarket tires touching and rubbing parts when you make turns, passenger mirror not working, no charger, errors on the screen, pressure monitor not working on after market tires and rims. They delivered the car without any inspection??? I called them back: very bad communication and not taking any responsibility for any problem or mistake? I ended up calling a Lawyer for all those issues on the 2024 truck. Very bad business and lots of scams. You must stay away from them otherwise you will have lots of problems......

I had some reservations on ordering site unseen but was floored with the vehicle I received. They exceeded all my expectations and dreams. Thanks Ted and Soflo Jeeps for making my dream a reality.

Buyer beware! I bought a defender from them through the Internet. Upon delivery, sensors popping out of the body and fenders cut and hacked up. wheelwell shield was removed leaving exposed crevices that would get kicked up if I ever took this off-roading. Alarms were going off the dash Inside the vehicle. The roof rack they put on was wrong and I could not open the moonroof. I specifically needed a hitch which they put on but was used and broken plastic and electrical connectors and did not install a module so it was non-functional. I was told that they would fix all these items and they had me take it to three separate repair shops that all gave estimates but they were not willing to pay the $13,000 in damages through their custom work. Also not willing to take the car back. After a month of going to different places and getting estimates and with Kenny the main manager not responding to phone calls and texts I was only given $2500. The Additional insurance I purchased would not cover any of these electrical damages because So Flo caused the damages. I was told multiple times that they would fix the broken items. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, especially from a dealership! Do not trust their work they do for you!
