This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had! I’ve purchased over 10 new vehicles and multiple used ones, and always dread dealing with salesman! I’ve always thought the sales people I dealt with before were xxxxxxxx. I believe that it should only take 5 – 10 minutes to get me your lowest price, I have no patients with back and forth, give me the cost and if it’s good I’ll be back. However, Anthony Turchetta and Arthur (in finance) were exceptional! Anthony should be training the sales team in customer care/relations! He took care of getting my info to Arthur, my insurance, double checked I forgot nothing in my old vehicle, was knowledgeable with the vehicle (No, oh let me go find out) and courteous. I did purchase the vehicle at Tarbox Toyota, they gave me the best price the first time (I did check other dealers).

My trade in lease was a very easy transaction. I got into a new highland with the same payment and no hassles thanks to the team at Tarbox and my sales man John morrisey

We were greeted when we arrived by Bruno Porreca - he is a personable down-to-earth guy who reminded me ever so slightly of actor Joe Pesci. Since I knew I was looking to buy a RAV4, he drove us around in a golf cart to show us the stock available. He took the time to ask me what features I was looking for in the car and was not pushy when finding out I was a plain-Jane base-model kind of girl. LOL I am a proud owner of an electric blue RAV4 which I am EXTREMELY happy with on all accounts. I purchased the super-duper Toyota Care package and it has already come in very handy - can somebody PLEASE sweep up all the xxxx rocks off the highway! A special shout-out to Manager Joe Petit. It was a nice surprise to catch up with an old schoolmate while finalizing all the bloody paperwork. I've got admit though, I don't really know how to use the remote start he so kindly included. Lastly, the young man in Finance (I apologize that I can't recall his name) was very very nice and even more patient while I wrapped my head around the contract. Would I go there again? You bet!

Anthony Turchetta and the whole Tarbox team are amazing. I have purchased all my Toyota vehicles at Tarbox and won't go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new or used Toyota this is the place. You will not be disappointed.
