Very prompt, service write up to completion. Service advisor recognized me and promptly greeted me.

Left my window down in the rain. I had to cover it with a garbage bag luckily I was in the area and stopped by. Charged a lot for the work. Work order was noted wrong so I wasted a trip down to pick up the vehicle and had to make an extra trip the next day. Was also charged more than I was quoted over the phone. This is third bad experience in a row. We won't be back

Need more comfortable waiting chairs besides the two that are there High chair are not comfortable
