Glen David & Mary were extremely helpful with any questions I had and If Glen wasn't available when I called it only took him a couple of minutes to call me back. It's like Glen studied for the exam I was about to hand out cause every time I called with a lot of questions Glen was prompt to give an answer that satisfied the question I was asking!! I guess you only get that if you really know what you're talking about! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends and family to Foundations for any service need they may have!! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give these guys a pat on the back and to say thank you!

Went for a tire repair.
Went for a tire repair. The tech found a screw in the tire and repaired it. While checking the air in all the tires he saw a screw in another tire. It was repaired too. I appreciate the extra effort from the tech. Glenn is the service manager I deal with, he is great. Thanks

They are improving.
They are improving. Yay! I did not have my online coupon for the services I signed up for but we found one that was an even better deal except without the tire rotation. They did the tire rotation for me anyway. They were also a lot faster today and there were several people in the waiting room ahead of me. They found a possible problem so I have to come back next weekend when the Hyundai tech is in. All in all a pleasant experience. I hope they keep it up.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Terrible service!
They don’t honor the warranty! They’ve had our car for weeks!! Only get angry when we inquire. NO LOANER CARS!! Terrible service! No more business!

Does Not Honor Warranty
Not only does this dealer not hopnor the standard 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper warranty, but they are not honoring the warranties they themselves sold me. The majority of the reviews on this dealership are tethered and taken over from when this dealer was owned by Patterson. Since the finalization of the ownership change which was earlier this year, have had nothing but problems out of this dealer and their service department both. How this dealer is able to maintain keeping their flag for selling Hyundai I do not know. Holiday Inn at the falls lost their flag to do business as Holiday Inn for a lot, lot less.
