I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 XLT on December 12.
I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 XLT on December 12. (December 13) The next morning I woke up to large coolant leaks and oil leaks in my drive way. I immediately contacted Alpine Ford and they said they would take a look at it. The stated they did not find any leaks due to a pressure test and just needed to clean up the engine bay due to the recent oil change. Later that day the TPMS sensor fault code showed up and I had to bring the vehicle back to get it looked at. They took the truck back and stated the problem was that the previous tech replaced the TMPS sensor and forgot to reset it. A few hours later I had more oil and coolant leaks in my driveway and contacted them to take the truck back. At this point they stated they had already left for the day and would take a look that following Monday (December 15). I took the truck in on Monday as I also received a recall notification as well. They took a day or so to let me know that the water pump was the issue and they would need another day to get the part in as well as fix the recall for the door latches. After checking for 3 days they did not get the work completed until Friday December 19. I kept the truck overnight and noticed the oil leak had returned and took the truck in December 20. They stated that the previous tech again forgot to clean the oil and they would ensure that it was taken care of. Later that afternoon I drove home and the TPMS sensor was out again and woke up the next morning (Today, December 21) and I had a puddle of coolant in my driveway again. I am not sure who the techs are at Alpine Ford but this experience has been very frustrating and I have a lack of confidence that their service department. Hopefully I will be able to use the truck I paid for at some point. Their service department has put more miles on it than I have since I bought it.

Tyler at the scam tower was a the worst be who will gut you and smile back and wave. Please do yourself a favor and avoid all Alpine Ford dealerships at all cost. Very very untrustworthy people to deal with.
