Excellent customer service beginning from service
Excellent customer service beginning from service response to complete repair. After calling the service center to request an appointment for my Ford Escape Hybrid that would not start, I was expecting to have to wait hours for callback. In less than an hour I received a call from Jeromy who listened to my concerns and minimized my anxiety. He assured me he could send a technician out to my home, investigate the problem and probably would be able to fix it onsite. Within an hour I received a call from the technician parked outside my home to alert he was there. James was reassuring and most polite as I asked questions. He explained the issue clearly and made the repair fairly quickly. The problem was resolved and all I had to do was wait for the invoice to process and I could make payment. Jeromy set the tone of assurance from the start and the excellent service was from the start of that phone call until the service repair. And I didn't have to leave my home! I didn't have to have my car towed, didn't have to contact my roadside service. Most of all. I had confidence in Alpine Ford Service from the start with Jeromy's professionalism and James' expertise.
