Ricardo was exceptional!!!!

I recently purchased a certified 2013 RDX from Ricardo Rutledge. He treated me like I was a guess at his home. Everything he promised me was taken care. He followed up with me and made you that what I wanted done to my car was handled in a timely fashion. He even came in on his day off pick my car up and dropped me off a comparable loaner. this was truly a first class buying experience. I strongly recommend that you are in the market for a vehicle you at least check him out at superior Acura, surely you will come away with a first class experience. Ricardo ROCKS!!!

Used car purchaser

Ricardo Rutledge did an outstanding job of making sure my car purchase went as smoothly as possible. I was given a loaner car while a repair was made to the car I purchased. He bent over backwards making sure I was happy with this whole process. I would most certainly recommend Ricardo as the person to see when buying a car at Superior Acura of Dayton on Loop Road.

Purchased a 2013 Kia Optima about 3 months ago.

Autum Robinette made the purchase of my new car a very easy and stress free experience. I called talked to her told her what I was looking for and she suggested the Kia Optima. I drove from Hamilton, OH to test drive this car and loved it from the get go. Thanks so much!

Great Service

Ricardo Rutledge was a very helpful and friendly sales representative. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking to shop for a car. The used car center at Superior Acura was fairly modest on the amenities side, which made the nearly 1.5 hour wait from the time I agreed to a price for my car to when I actually got to start signing the paperwork a little more difficult to bear. Overall the people at Superior Acura were very professional and friendly but I think they need to upgrade infrastructure inside the building a little bit.

Non-pressure experience

Zach Thomas was wonderful to me and patiently helped me along with my first solo buying experience. He listened to my needs and wants and followed up with no pressure or abrasive persuasion . He knew what was important to me and what my bottom line was and went above and beyond to meet those needs Both he and Keith Collet bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would certainly recommend Zach Thomas to other people who are in search of a no pressure, great customer service and speedy car buying experience.

Excellent service

Excellent care and service was provided for me doing my recent visit. Ricardo my agent was open and honest with me to seal the deal. Deal went through in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous and supportive. However, I was not impressed with the facility of this prestigious dealership. Overall experience was great ! I would recommend to others, and return as a repeat customer.

Much Better Experience than with previous ownershi

My last experience under the old ownership was not good. After the sale service was terrible. NOT THIS TIME... Ricardo Rutledge was excellent. He took the time to find the car that would work for me, stayed in contact on his day off, and even getting a few items buttoned up after the sale. Fantastic job. I will continue to refer my friends to Acura, and definitely to Ricardo.

This dealership tops them all!

I have been coming to this dealership for 13 years. This is my second vehicle purchased from them. The staff members are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. This car experience was particularly wonderful as my salesman Zach Thomas went above and beyond to not only find the perfect vehicle in the perfect color, but also had it delivered to the site for me. He was very dedicated to finding the perfect car for me and was always extremely courteous and helpful. I have always had the best service at this dealership and will never go anywhere else. My last Acura flipped almost 270,00 miles and never had a problem do to the excellent staff at this facility. They get five stars from me!

Amazing Sales and Service

It did not take long for me to see the genuine personality of Ricardo who is one of their salesman. He quickly made me feel welcomed and at home. He made me feel confident in my purchase and worked above and beyond in getting me exactly in my price range. He was on my side the whole time. He didn't hassle or pressure me in any area, which is usually the way with car salesman. He treats you like a friend and makes sure you leave the lot with the best product possible. Not only did he help with the whole process from looking at cars to purchasing it, he continues to add help with the after care. He has offered assistance anytime he can! I left with an outstanding deal and no regrets!! I will recommend to friends and family from here on out. GO SEE RICARDO!!
