It wasn't a good experience.
It wasn't a good experience. I bought a 2016 Buick Regal. The car has had issues from day one. I showed patience through the whole process- i from not getting the original bill of sale./ until months later, and it was on a flash drive. And thats when i noticed that the original sale price told to me that day Wasn't honored on the paperwork. They told me they were going to give the better deal that was quoted online, since it waa close to Memorial Day (in May of 2024) I was originally set to have surgery that got postpone, which is why we pushed to get everything done that day, Was scheduled to come back the next day with the title of my trade in vehicle. When I drove off the lot, after 10min. Discovered that the Rotors needed to be changed. And it was gas smell whike driving. They did take care of the rotors. But i was inconvenience, I thought they replace both front abd back. It was front replaced then had to go bacl a few days later to replace the rear. But from there it spiraled down into a money pit.(i had to pay for everything else) The battery went dead less than 60 days,It was an old energizer battery.. Then the engine misfire a few weeks after that. so that had to be towed to the mechanic. And I just don't have the time to tell you the other issues other than, I had to use my credit card to pay for the other things. Also needed rear brake pads shortly after that, then replaced a bad tire (that was damaged from the inside. Now it has anti lock brake issues(etc.) They totally ghosted me. They wouldnt take my calls. Yet I stayed calm due to health issues, and really wanted this to work out. (They need help in customer service as well as being more upfront about the condition of their vehicles. Disappointed is an understatement. But it was a costly lesson that's still costing me.

SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS! Stay away at all cost. They don't sell cars. They sell usury level financing, meant to force buyers into repossession so they can sell the same car multiple times.

Recently purchased a challenger from them and 100% was scammed. As soon as the car was delivered I noticed undisclosed damages to the vehicle. The car needs a lower control arm on the driver side, power steering pump, alignment, and the windshield cleaner reservoir tank was filled with high quality H2O instead of the cleaner. Furthermore, early on the purchasing process I was assured that the car was problem free due to multiple members of management (owner included)driving the vehicle. If I wasn’t being scammed how is it that when I call from my number I get no answer nor a call back but when I used my work cell ( different area code) someone answers fast trying to sell me something(didn’t even recognize what he had done). With all that being said, please do not ignore reviews and don’t trust a 5 or 6 worded ones.

Based on VA Code 46.
Based on VA Code 46.2 1539, car dealers are legally obligated to provide you with a written disclosure of a failed safety inspection prior to the sale of the vehicle, even if sold "as-is". This written, not verbal, disclosure should include specific information about the inspection results. This includes a statement that the vehicle did not pass the safety inspection and details about the specific reasons or defects that caused the failure. The "as-is" designation typically means that the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition without any warranties, but it does not exempt the dealer from the legal obligation to disclose, in writing, safety inspection failures. This legal requirement ensures that buyers are fully informed about any safety issues, allowing them to make an informed decision about their vehicle purchase. Verbal disclosures do not satisfy the legal requirement.

Incompetent!
Incompetent! Stay away. After over an hour of waiting for the car to be free for a test drive from their overpacked lot, we were told only when we asked for the invoice that the car had a deposit and was not for sale. Should have trusted the reviews… never be back. Waste of time at best. Or maybe after running the numbers they decided to pull the sale. So what is it, incompetence or lying? Either reason is a dealbreaker for future patronage.

*Terrible Experience with 95 Motor and Dishonest Employee
*Terrible Experience with 95 Motor and Dishonest Employee (Lori)* I recently had an awful experience at 95 Motor and feel compelled to warn others. I agreed to purchase a used car, paid a deposit, and trusted their promise to fix known issues (including a ripped tire and emission leak). After paying my deposit, Lori, the employee I dealt with, assured me everything would be handled. However, Lori and the dealership failed to honor any of their promises. I later found out they were still showing the car to other buyers despite my deposit, and when I returned to pick it up, they refused to fix the car's problems, increased the price, and told me my deposit was non-refundable. Their handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. Lori seemed deceptive, and when I confronted her and the manager about the broken agreement, they took me to a separate office to avoid the other customers hearing the dispute. It felt like they were trying to manipulate the situation. To anyone considering buying from 95 Motor – *beware*. This dealership and Lori seem to have no issue with unethical practices and disrespecting customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I drove from PA to 95 motors dealer.
I drove from PA to 95 motors dealer. before coming, I had asked for total price including dealer processing fee, etc. I was quoted 17,495 over the phone, out of the door price. Initially when I got there, Lori the manager said 18,900 but came down after I told her I was given those numbers. all good As she called to sign paper, she kept saying she would have to count the cash like 3 times and I told her I wanted to first understand what I was signing before I sign. And I will be wiring the cash. I asked if the dealer would pay the PA state tax, etc. She said that's what the $999 processing fee was. she then had 4.5% as state tax instead of 6%. I also had questions because she referred to a loan document but I was doing all cash. so when I asked, she send me outside and told someone else would help. after few minutes, she said they don't want to do the business with me. this is a scam dealer. do not even try to go. Also they had the following warranty paper in the car and I had ask the salesperson. Later on Lori said that was not from their dealer and car was as is.

I called a day before to tell them the two cars I was interested in. When I got there, we started the first car and the dash lit up with numerous lights. My son, a mechanic, wasn’t even sure what some of the warnings meant. The second car wouldn’t even start. The people working didn’t even offer to show me anything else. They were completely unmotivated and didn’t care if I bought a car or not. The lot was jam packed with cars that looked nice yet the salesmen were sitting around with no desire to sell. Absolutely seems like not a legitimate business.
