This is the 2nd car I bought from this dealership.

This is the 2nd car I bought from this dealership. I love the service people. The 2nd experience was negative mostly for the finance department. They made me wait 1 hour after the sales deal was done then it took 3 hours to fill out the paperwork. They often showed me the details on a tablet or paraphrased the document. When they explained the Wells Fargo financing, they made it sound like the coverage included the "Honda Care" services. I admit after 4 hours, I missed the line on the final document that this was an additional $4747. When I went in for the final pickup, I asked to redo the paperwork to remove this fee. They told me that they could not do that, but I filled out a refund document. After many phone messages and texts, it took 4 months to get this refund. I recommend people carefully read all the documents on paper not just trust the finance manager.

We had an amazing experience working with Joey. From start to finish, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we cared about and worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even my daughter enjoyed the experience—thanks to his friendly personality and great sense of humor—which made everything feel lighter and more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and we truly appreciate the attention and effort he put into helping us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Parkway Honda - Zero Courtesy We couldn't agree on a

Parkway Honda - Zero Courtesy We couldn't agree on a deal initially, so I walked away. The next day, they called me back with a very good offer. I respect that, so I set up any appointment and drove all the way there on time. I really wanted to do business with them, and the sales team and I had a great first-day interaction. Once I got there, I confirmed the price and everything. But then they made me wait for an hour and a half, saying they were busy with another customer, only to finally tell me the car was sold. I was obviously upset and asked why they didn’t just say upfront that they wanted to sell it for a higher price. I could have just left instead of wasting my time. The manager told me that "agreeing on a price doesn’t matter when multiple people are interested. It is first come, first serve. Whoever pays first gets it." That is such a bad way to handle things. They should have at least told me someone else was seriously considering the car. And to top it off, they basically indirectly pushed me out of the dealership saying, "We can’t help you now. We all want to leave for the day. Let’s sort this tomorrow. We’ll call you with a good deal first thing." It has been two days. No call. This was my first experience with a dealership, and it left a really bad taste. Super disappointing. Posted the same in Google reviews as well.

This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.
