My experience with (Prime) sales consultant Steven Lander...

My experience with (Prime) sales consultant Steven Lander was very positive. He was extremely knowlegable about the make of the car I was interested in and treated me with the utmost respect. I personally have to say, he is a very valuable employee to Prime Honda. Without any doubts, I would return to both Steven Lander and Prime Honda in the future and purchase another car from him. He also contacted me several times after my purchase to make sure everything was well with my daughters new car. I would rate Steven with even a higher grade if it were ever possible. Thank you. On my visit to prime Honda in West roxbury, i was kindly greeted by Paul. Unlike other dealers who just try to sell me a car, Paul showed me a fine selection of cars that cought my fancy. Prime Honda is a place of good buisness and i will recomend Paul to my friends looking for a new car.

I went to Prime because I was told I would experience...

I went to Prime because I was told I would experience respectable sales service. I did receive that. I did not feel pressure when I wanted to look through the lot in my own time nor did I feel pressure from the sales person to buy the car. I felt he was knowledgeable abou the cars that I was interested in and did not have a problem with answering any of the questions I had. felt I was there a bit longer than I anticipated however I'm not sure this is a reflection on my sales person. As a whole, because of Steven, I feel my experience there was a positive one.

My wife and I needed a car since we have 3 drivers and...

My wife and I needed a car since we have 3 drivers and had only 2 cars. We knew we wanted a late model Honda Accord with low mileage and had been searching for a couple of weeks. We drove up from RI to another dealership which did not result in a sale. We found Prime almost by accident and I am glad we did. We worked with Steve Lander who impressed with his pleasant demeanor and willingness to listen to what we wanted. Fortunately they had a car on the lot that fit the bill. Although we are one state over Steve made the trip to Rhode Island to register and deliver the car, which I felt was above and beyond the call of duty since that meant Steve would lose over half a day providing this service. The business manager, Sam, was also gracious and helpful. We were treated courteously and without that sense of pressure that so often accompanies the car buying experience. I would recommend Steve and Prime Honda without reservation.

When I first went into honda Prime I was didnt want to...

When I first went into honda Prime I was didnt want to make the decision in buying a car right at that time. Steve Lander my sales rep was kind at first I thought it was just your typical sales rep crap.But he is`nt,he told me that I wouldnt receive the price for the car anywhere else and to prove to me he let me search the web on cars.com and showed me other dealerships that were selling the same car. However although I am satisfy with the price that I was given I would have preferred a little less, but overall my experience was excellent.Steve Lander is an excellent employee and definately an asset to PRIME. My rating to peoples I dealt with: Steve - 5 ,Sam - 5 ,Greg - 5

I purchased from this dealership and would return again. Customer service was excellent. My initial email and telephone contacts with Yan were quickly handled, straight forward and informative and paul was all prepared for us when we arrived. It really seemed that they generally wanted to make the car buying process as pleasant and efficient as possible and it was much appreciated. thanks

Derrell Cole was very friendly and it was comfortable and...

Derrell Cole was very friendly and it was comfortable and easy to talk too. He provided all information and allowed us to test drive the car with a friendly smile. He was very positive and didn't pressure us in any way. Overall he was the best salesmen we have ever dealt with in a car buying experience.

When I walked into Prime Honda after car shopping for...

When I walked into Prime Honda after car shopping for several days I was discouraged and exhausted. I abruptly stated that I needed a car, it was the end of the year and I felt like I should be able to get a good deal! Rather then turning me away because of my abruptness the sales associate Stacey introduced me to Steven Lander, my sales associate who proceeded to help me get a GREAT deal on a Honda Accord. David, one of the sales managers was also helpful and professional. I leased a vehicle and decided to return the next day for my car. I am not familiar with the area and the next morning by accident I had my friend drop me off at a different Honda dealership, one up the street from Prime Honda. Unbelievable. I called Steve and explained that I was at the wrong dealership. He said "you're kidding" and proceeded to come pick me up and bring me back to Prime Honda. I had not yet secured car insurance and at that point Steve helped me with this process as well. I had called a few agencies only to find that the insurance agent Steve had referred me to gave me by far the best coverage for the lowest price. Steve than drove me to the agents office, waited for me to sign the appropriate paper work, and brought me back to Prime Honda. Soon there after I was leaving the dealership in my new 2009 Accord. I normally don't take the time to rate companies or businesses. However, the service at PRIME Honda was so superb I felt like I owed it to them. Clearly, Steve spent a LOT of time with me and at no point did I feel like he was becoming inpatient or annoyed. I was very NEEDY during this car buying experience and Steve was there for me every step of the way. So Steve if you happen to read this THANK YOU. Also, Thanks to Stacey, David, and Sam. Prime Honda is worth checking out. The associates are personable and professional. Real people that enjoy what they do.

I RECENTLY LEASED A 2009 HONDA CRV AT PRIME HONDA IN WEST ROXBURY,MA. STEVE ROACH WAS PERSONABLE,PATIENT, AND HONEST. HE DID A GREAT JOB "IMPRESSING" MY WIFE AND I, WHEN IT CAME TIME TO "PUNCH THE NUMBERS". ONCE MY LEASE ENDS, I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH PRIME HONDA AGAIN.
