I just purchased used car from Honda Parkway and my sales consultant was Zahir. I really liked service there and especially customer care from zahir.

Zahir was an amazing salesman. Very professional and kind when I was working with him. Very glad to get my new 2024 Honda civic from him. And I recommend Zahir to everyone.

I have very high regard for the way Parkway managed my entire buying experience of a 2015 pre-owned Honda Pilot that looks like a new car right off the showroom floor. My sales person, Zahir Z. was not just excellent, but rather exceptional during the entire buying process. Not only did he explain in detail the steps of this process he was always available with various options of how best and most efficiently to manage some of issues and changes that can occur during such a potentially complex process. This proved to be an invaluable asset for me since I was under pressure to get the car as soon as possible. Additionally, Zahir brings a very personal and human style to his work which really stands out in what often can be a stressful and high pressure situation. I also want to note that I really appreciated all the work that Peter Dakoyannis, in finance, did to explain in relatively understandable ways the mysteries of financing. Peter brings a very personable and refreshing sense of humor and perspective to a context that can be tedious and stressful. At the end of the process, Jeff Jaczuk, in the Service department, very competently and thoroughly answered all my questions about the car and provided me with a copy of the maintenance history that Parkway had for my car. All in all it was a great car buying experience that may not have been the case if it were not for these exceptional members of your organization.

Parkway was overall good and seems generally honest/reputable, but we had some troubles getting in reliable contact with folks to get questions answered during the purchase process. The salesman Zahir was helpful and responsive, though. I recommend him.

David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, extremely courteous and professional during the negotiation, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. The other staff members at the dealership I met (sales managers, service department staff, and other sales staff who greeted me at the door) were also extremely courteous and helpful.
