Excellent Customer Service!

My husband and I reached out to several Subaru dealerships, but only Margaret Turcios at Donaldson's responded promptly with answers to our questions. Ashley Depena took over from there explaining everything we needed to know about the 2018 Subaru Forester in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Pat Davis efficiently helped us with the financing/paperwork. The entire experience was pleasant and we will recommend this team to our family and friends. Happy to say we picked up our new car today - thank you!

Efficient & Quick

Sales team did not hassle or haggle. Willing to be patient with questions and able to answer questions efficiently. Time spent with finance was approximately ten minutes.

Good Karma

From the moment I walked in the showroom the staff was very attentive and professional. I met Holly without an appointment and she was very gracious and accommodating. I ordered a 2018 Outback a couple of months ago and it came in just as predicted and took delivery today. Holly gave me a tour of the service dept. and the explained all the details of the new Outback. I drove it back to my house and have to say it is quieter than my Volvos and gets great gas mileage. The ride is very smooth and solid. Most importantly, Holly made the whole experience one of the best I've had at a dealership!

Best car Buying Experience Since getting my Drivers License

This car buying experience was flawless!!!! From my first phone interaction with Erin who directed me to my fafabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest salesperson Holly Clark who spent many hours with me and got me an incredible deal on my fully loaded (I didn't buy all the bells and whistles, it came that way and I paid the price of a basic model Legacy Sport 2.5i)!!!! Holly made it happen!!!! The car feels solid, safe, no blind spots, great gas mileage, practically drives itself....warns me when a car comes too close or over the painted lines...probably texting!!! The Navigation and back-up camera r great. Sirius radio and sound system is awesome. Looks great....comfortable, plenty of room, huge back seat 4 a Sport model, lots of trunk space and the leg room in the front and back is comfortable for all sized people. From start to finish every person I dealt with was fantastic and no stereotypical "car sales" experiences. The price was unbelievable. ...0% APR....NO pressure in the finance department at all....Pat was great....felt like an old friend....just signed papers and wasn't given all the extended warranty lectures used to instill fear.....it can always be purchased b4 the warranty is up. Brendan in the service department answered and explained everything I needed to know about the mud flaps I wanted (only extra I bought and cheaper than on-line). Zaak, a different salesperson helped me tremendously....and was very patient with my technology lesson on a day Holy was off. ..Thanks again Zaak for your patience. Mike the GM was very gracious and generous with a few gifts b4 we drove away. I can't say enough about this dealership and those that work there make them #1!!!! I'm sure I won't be purchasing any of the past cars I've driven....Toyotas, Hondas, Nissans, Escalades etc. If you've never driven a Subaru you owe it to yourself and your wallet to give them a try.....no need to wait till the last day of the Minh either....Holly will make it happen!!!! You've got nothing to lose by taking a test drive. Donaldsons in Sayville beat the other Subaru dealers by thousands of dollars...when you add up the cost of the EyeSight package and Starlink which was already installed....remote starter was also included. Holly even programmed all my favorite stations into the Sirius and my phone.... BEST DEAL, DEALERSHIP AND BEST SALESPERSON EVER!!!! Thanks to all of you. Deborah Cosgrove

Painless auto buying experience

From the moment I walked through the door, I sensed that I would be leaving purchasing a new subaru. This dealership is amazing. You are treated with the utmost respect and best of all there is NO PRESSURE. This is the second car I have purchased through Donaldsons. The first was a Jetta back in 2009. The service has remained the same. Definitely give them a look if you are interested in purchasing a subaru or volkswagon!!

Wonderful Sales

Being torn between the 2018 Crosstrek and the 2018 Forester, Holly Clark took her time allowing us to test drive both vehicles on multiple occasions so that we could decide which car would be best suited for us. She is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to help you find your dream car.
