Lauren was great and really helped me out.

Lauren was great and really helped me out. The Jeep broke down on the Interstate at 4 in the morning. I put in a roadside request through Jeep and after sitting for 5 hours and still no tow, I reached out to Lauren at the dealership. We got a tow truck worked out and within 2 hours, the Jeep was finally on a truck headed to Lauren. Thank you Lauren! As far as Jeep, well they won't get any thanks from me.

Squirrels got in the engine of our car and chewed up a

Squirrels got in the engine of our car and chewed up a lot of wiring and other things. Took it to White’s to get fixed and they ended up doing a terrible job. They ended up only replacing three wires and called everything else “cosmetic” damage except it wasn’t. After still having issues we took the car to Firestone where they found that the fuel line was barely hanging on and quit frankly a real hazard to even operate, as well as other wiring that was affecting the electronic throttle body. In all it cost us another $500 to fix what the dealership missed or just ignored all together.
