My experience here was great!

My experience here was great! I was looking for a long term reliable car. I found some CPO Mazda 3s and CX-30s on Carfax. I had narrowed it down to Mazda. They have longevity, better standard safety features (all newer Mazdas come with blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alerts), SKYACTIV transmission over CVT, and a faster 2.5L engine in newer models. Overall, it was the best bang for my buck. Every time I came in, I was greeted immediately and taken to a desk. I worked with Mohammed Debs who was very knowledgeable, thorough, and approachable. He compared the info, prices, and Carfaxes of multiple cars for me. I was informed about both his and other’s experiences with different models. When it came to test driving, he pulled up and started the car for me, and thoroughly explained the many features. When I returned, he came out to escort me back. He offered to save the car for me until I could buy it in a few days. He said to call ahead a few hours at any time, and he would have it detailed and ready. We returned to seal the deal. We went over the total breakdown. He told me about the best financing options and the warranties. Moreover, he was even able to have his manager give me a small discount. As it turns out, he had already filed with my insurance and printed it out for me. You could clearly tell he was highly experienced at his job, which made the whole process a breeze!

Marcela is a Boss!

Marcela is a Boss! She listened, is kind and made the process so seamless. I have never had more fun in the dealership! I would return to her every time but that won't be necessary because I love my car! Jazz was caring, knowledgable, and worked hard to get me a great rate. Everyone was great!

Everyone was great! Justin did an excellent job walking me through the sale, arranging a test drive, etc. Doug and Jazz were excellent to speak to as well. Very willing to work with me on the price, and the process was handled seamlessly and transparently.

Proud owner of a 2010 Mazda 3.

Proud owner of a 2010 Mazda 3. Went to Suburban Mazda of Troy on 4/30/2025 intending to purchase a new 2025 Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus… but the sales person who stepped up seemed uninterested. He didn’t introduce himself, ask my name, or shake my hand; I told him what I was looking for and he said they had two in stock – one red, one gray – he said the interiors were white and I explained I was looking for a black interior. I asked if they could do a dealer trade and he shook his head no. And that was it. No suggestion to work around, no attempt to sell me another car, no effort to do anything at all. I politely thanked him for his time and left. In less than 5 minutes, he lost a willing customer who wanted a Mazda. Mazda makes great cars and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from buying one. But if you want one, I’d encourage you to visit any dealership other than Suburban Mazda of Troy. Would rate Mo zero stars if I could

Karyssa was wonderful.

Karyssa was wonderful. I brought my CX5 in for an oil change and left with a brand new CX50. She was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. Suburban Mazda Troy is the only place I buy cars. This is my 5th Mazda.

My daughter and I came in on a very busy Saturday. We are not big spenders. However, Karyssa was polite, helpful, and very professional. We will be looking for her when we decide to upgrade next year.
