Worst customer service ever vehicle broke down and left me stranded only 30 days and 300 miles I'd put on it basically gave me the run around and I had to use my AAA to have towed there and definitely wasn't paying the 200 deductible 😲 My 80 mother had to drive me to pick it up and 77 miles later engine light came on again, this time it's less than the 200 so now I'm outta pocket

I bought an 09 1500 from a different dealership on the

I bought an 09 1500 from a different dealership on the beach in 2018, i was having a re-occuring problem with some sensors. after three months a new transmission the problem was still there. i called Bob Forte Motors and i feel like a fool for not going directly to me. they fixed the problem in four days, and i dropped it off Friday after hours and picked it up Monday afternoon. this was in the spring. since then i have had a lot of work done to my truck , a lot of it preventative maintenance, and they have been straight shooters. i cannot foresee taking my vehicle anywhere else. they are located 26 miles from my house and they are worth the drive. The price may be a little high on labor but good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. I just found a place with cheaper tires and installation closer to my house, but I am still going to see Anthony. I love the way i feel when i leave, not a worry in the world that my ride is anything less than reliable and ready. thank you so much!!!!! Robert Beauchamp

Great Place to get a nice vehicle

I want to thank Al, Doug and Tyler during my purchase of the 2021 Chevy Trail Boss. The experience was awesome and without pressure. They were all so professional and helpful and I’m not even from here. I was on vacation from WV. They did everything they could, providing me a fair price on my vehicle and providing me a fair price on theirs with competitive financing options. I came in a customer and really felt like I left with new friends. I highly recommend this group if you are in need of a vehicle. Thanks for everything fellas. Awesome doing business with you.

Best dealership experience!!!

My wife and I recently decided it was time to trade in her 2015 Mustang for a my comfortable and bigger vehicle. I narrowed the search down to either a Grand Cherokee or a Durango. The hunt was on to find the right one. I like using Cars.com for all my car window shopping. I found the vehicle we were going to buy from another dealership and when I called they sadly informed me someone had already put a deposit down on it. We were both pretty upset with getting excited about it just for it to be gone that quick. We almost gave up the search but then I came across an identical model from Key Jeep in Marianna FL. It was one year newer and priced cheaper. I thought for sure it would be gone but we got lucky. I’m so happy we did. Our sales rep was Dylan Pforte and come to find out his family had recently sold the dealership to Key after more than 60yrs of ownership. Our experience was so personal and down home feeling. Even though the family doesn’t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don’t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase. If you and your family are in the market for a new or even used vehicle and want the best price with a wonderful buying experience I highly recommend you go see Dylan.
