NO AC
Purchased a 2009 Acura from you in January, Now NO AC , It will cost me about $1,500 to fix, also had to bring it to Acura for engine Light. Found that turbo charger bypass control valve not getting signal from intake manifold, found sensor line clogged. had to clean out intake manifold and clean line to sensor. Also serpentine belt and drive belt worn out , had to pay to replace belt . Extremely disappointed you did not inspect the car properly, I relied on you to Do Your Job. Belts should Not be worn out and lines should Not be clogged, and of course AC should not Die.

Ist time Mazda customer
Andrew was extremely patient and presented the pros and cons of different models clearly. He was never pushy or made me feel pressured to purchase. I’ve been leasing for years and have had my share with many car salesmen. I will definitely go back. Pleasant experience in a great environment. In addition, fellow salesmen were just as friendly and polite.

Outstanding experience from start to finish!!!
My wife and I leased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 and I’d like to say thank you to all at Huntington Mazda, especially Jack DePalo, Rolondo Chinchilla and Geo Pedroza. The staff at Huntington Mazda were courteous, polite and professional. No one pressured my wife and myself into making a purchase. The Huntington Mazda team made my lease seamless and painless. These guys went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Rolando answered any questions during the process I had and explained everything about the car. No surprises when it was time to sign. GM Jack DePalo was a pleasure to do business with and Geo was extremely helpful setting up the remote start. I intend to do business with Huntington Mazda in the future. Thank you!!

Rolando was great!
Rolando was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and made my car buying experience as smooth and simple and possible. I highly suggest that you speak with Rolando before making your next car purchase. I will certainly be going back to him for all of my future car purchases.

overall a great experience
I went into Mazda just to look around, not knowing much about the cars. But due to the salesman,Rolando, I ended up buying that day.. Rolando greeted me with a smile and a polite “Can i help you with anything?” I told him my budget and he never tried to make me spend more. He was patient and so helpful, he really knows his Mazdas! I ended up with a Mazda 6 and love it! Rolando was respectful and never pushy. He got me a car that fit my needs and stayed within my budget. I will be returning to him for my next purchase. if you want a new car, Rolando is your salesman!

Liar, Liar pants on fire
The salesperson was as clueless as the manager. Would never reccommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership, they certainly do not care about their customers, may file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, or State Attorney General, should've just left & bought it at another dealership, bunch of liars.

Rolando and Rich
My experience at Mazda Huntington was fantastic. Both Rich and Rolando were amazing and would recommend Huntington Mazda to anyone. Right as we walked in we were greeted by Rolando, we had no wait time and Rolando was ready to go to work on making a deal that was right for both parties. The thing with car salesmen that people get frustrated with is them being to pushy....that was the complete opposite of what Rolando was, he was understanding of the situation and only was concerned with making a deal that fit us and we appreciate that. Rich, who we believe is his supervisor was also fantastic. He, like Rolando wasn’t pushy and was only concerned on making a deal that suited both parties fairly. Overall we loved our experience at Mazda and hope to be apart of the Mazda family for the foreseeable future.

Disappointed in loaner car
The loaner car was dirty and the tire pressure was lit. I insisted it be looked at and good that I did, there was a nail or screw in the tire. The mechanic plugged it. Loaners should be checked and ready to be lent. I spent 40 minutes at the dealer for what was to be a fast exchange.

Good experience except for financial end
Good experience with James Kim. Original intention was to buy a car with either a large down payment or all at once with cash. Was talked into leasing, which led to problems with the bank. I have a credit score over 800 with a proven high income uninterupted for over 35 years. Current salary is $70.000, proven with a pay stub. The bank did not want to approve my leasing agreement, and the woman at Mazda handling the financial end (did not get her name) said that she had to ask the bank for a "special favor" (she mentioned to the bank that a have a mutual friend with the Mazda manager) to get approval. Even add-on accessories like floor mats became a problem for bank approval. Apparently, this is all because I have not borrowed a large sum of money recently, as I understand. As far as I am concerned, not having an extensive, recent history of borrowing large sums of money is a good thing, not a bad thing. It is good to not have debt. I financed my last three cars and payed them all off early and every payment was on time. I would have gladly went to another dealer had I known the bank was going to be such a problem. But is was too late to call off the deal.
