Great and efficient service.

Knew I wanted to lease a new cx5 Grand Touring. Jessica Maris, along with her manager Richard Chang completed the deal in one visit. Drove home with my new vehicle. Jessica Maris also made herself available a few days later to go over questions and "hands-on" tutorial ie with the awesome navigation and electronics.

Enjoyable Leasing Experience

We walked into Huntington Mazda with the intention of having to deal with the typical horrible car buying experience. Boy were we surprised. Upon entering the showroom we were warmly greeted and introduced to the two sales reps (Jessica and Geo) with whom we had been communicating via e-mail. Both Jessica and Geo were very knowledgeable about the Mazdas we were considering (the CX3 and CX5). They gave us the specs on both models and patiently waited while we test drove several models. The best part was there was no hard sell and no pressure to their presentation. After narrowing down our choices, we were introduced to Richard Chang, the sales manager, who worked with us to get us the best value for our trade in and our new vehicle. We closed the deal with Sincere McGee in the finance department. We ended up going with the CX3 and love it. If you are going to consider buying or leasing a car, consider a Mazda. Read the reviews for yourself, Mazda quietly flies under the radar but makes a great car. If you are going to buy or lease a Mazda, please do so from Huntington Mazda. You will not be disappointed.

2016 Mazda

Recently leased my 4th Mazda. I had a great experience at Huntington Mazda. They really worked with me to give me the best deal possible and patiently answered all of my questions. James Kim was so helpful and great with everything. Made my experience easy!!! Thanks also to Jack DePalo who was also a big help that day. Will definitely recommend this dealership to others. I also love my 2016 Mazda 3 it has so many great features.

Less than poor customer service

Huntington Madza is your average car dealership. However, if something goes wrong with your car, then it becomes a less than poor car dealership. Richard Chang (manager) will NOT answer or return any of your phone calls, and Jack Depalo (general manager) will give you the run around with added attitude. My brand new car broke down 4 days after I drove it out of the lot, after getting nowhere with the sales department at the dealership, I called Mazda. The Mazda company has very good customer service, and they handled the problem for me. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend, however, she did NOT buy her car at Huntington Mazda; she only uses the service department there. I have to tell you, the service department there was pretty good. I dealt with Nick who was very professional at all times. My recommendation would be, buy your car somewhere else, and if you must, you could try their service department.

Painless Car Buying Experience

After weeks of searching for a lease deal on a Mazda CX5, I spoke with James S. and got immediate answers to my questions and someone pleasant and willing to help meet my car buying needs. I came out to Huntington from Westchester to make the purchase. James and Jack were helpful in getting the car I wanted that day and also taking my trade in. I drove off in my new car a few hours later and never had such an accommodating experience at a dealership with no hassle. I will highly recommend James S and this dealership.

Best Ever

From soup to nuts (phone call, appointment, to actual purchase) I have never had a better experience. My sales agent, Mary Pentecost, was the driving force, the star around which my experience shone. The manager, Paul, was professional and courteous. David, with whom you will sign, seal and finalize the deal, is outstanding in his knowledge and demeanor. Throughout, I never once felt hurried, pressured or ignored (As at other dealers, once the deal is done - especially at Toyota, Huntington, which was the worst ever. I walked out and didn't purchase the car). Go to Mazda, Huntington. A class act.

Our experience was fantastic.

My Son fould the car with his uncle first. Then he asked us to see it. James S. was fantastic in making the deal. they didn't have the color in stock so with w/ a little help from Manager Jack DePalo we got the next model up for only $20.00 more a month and signed the deal that night. When we went to pick up the car my insurance company didn't send the cards/binder. We called the compnay and they could not help, my son was so dissapointed that he would have to wait for his car (College started Tuesday & he needed to register the car on Monday). However James S. pulled out his magic wand and was able to get the FS-20 and binder and he drove home in his new car. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Awesome Car buying experience

Awesome Car buying experience from beginning to end. I was a first time Mazda buyer, and the expertise and knowledge the sales rep imparted and the facilitating of the transaction was more than I expected. This is no nonsense dealership, they were direct and honest to getting the best deal possible customized to the buyers need. James Kim was superb in providing details on the CX-9 we purchased and pulled all the stops to get us the best possible incentives and affordable price to match our budget. I highly recommend this dealership if you want fair and honestly negotiation and car buying experience with no pressure or gimmicks . Be sure to engage sales rep James Kim or his colleagues to get a Mazda where you are in the driver seat.
