I was bringing both mom my cars and purchasing and extended service warranty and both Sam and Javier were wonderful and got me everything I needed and were flexible with the times I brought the cars in so that I could bring both back and forth.

The team at Northridge was excellent and answered all my questions and helped me to find the model I was looking for. Christian even traveled up to Ventura to get it. Thanks guys!

Kevin Silva was amazing, five stars service , quick , transported back and forth and stayed on line with me to make sure the driver found me, thank you.

I want to put a shout out to Kevin he made me feel comfortable and was very nice. This was my first time at a Toyota service and I was not familiar with the process and he help me through it and made sure I was informed about other services. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Kevin was helpful and even made my next service appointment. He tried to upsell me about Toyota Care which sounded good but for me right now it’s not a budget item for me at this time.

Schedule was on time. Efficient and professional service. Easy communication of what needs to be done. The waiting time was accurate and the waiting area was comfortable and clean.
