Sales lady was very nice but had an emergency, had to

She asked me to call them which I did and they said got your paper work right here and said I’ll call you right back. Then 🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗this is verey disappointing on a dealer ship who says they pride themselves on customer service and a premier dealer . When you say I’ll call you back you should and just because it may take a bit more work to get a client and the bank to approve what the dealer is trying to do. It appears that this dealer only wants to be able to deal exclusively with the clients that are an easy path to close a deal instead of putting the work in But also what do you expect from a dealer who can’t even call you back.

Ty is an amazing guy! I met him across the street at a gas station when my Mercedes was leaking. Despite being busy pumping gas for a recently sold truck, he took the time to give me his business card and offered a quick five-minute walkaround of the truck. I do not often write reviews however I wanted to because i had a great experience. I bought a used 2019 Suburban site unseen as I was purchasing from another state. Zac Jackson was my sales person who took the time to answer all my questions, heck he even picked me up at the airport. The vehicle was well represented, it was everything they made it out to me and I literally picked up and drove it 800 miles home. I also have to give mention to the sales manager Robert Purdy who handled all the details of purchasing out of state, it was a seem less transition because of Robert. Thank you to you both, it was a great experience. Michael Graydon

First let me say Lonnie Reaser was a top notch sales person. My husband bought a truck and we ordered my Blazer, all dealing with him when it was Premiere. Now with Step One I can't even talk to someone to schedule service. I have called 5 times just today. I have been transferred to a voice mail for a lady in Ft. Walton Beach, I have been hung up on. I have been transferred and left there. In the past we were so pleased with Premiere. Now...sweet baby Jesus this place is HORRIBLE!!
