If I could give Jose more than 5 stars I would. He is honest and straightforward. Exactly the kind of guy you’d want to work with on a car deal. One of a kind person. Would recommend him to absolutely anyone working with Toyota. 10/10.

Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. Their appointment system is excellent. This dealer has a seamless maintenance process. Got there an hour early; no worries they still checked me in immediately. They have a well oiled system where areas of their maintenance process is integrated and customer interface was comprehensive. They have two customer waiting lounge’s which serves a variety of free coffee and donuts plus free internet while your car is being worked on. They have numerous staff and garage maintenance facilities to handle vehicles like a well run factory. Great customer service. I highly recommend Toyota of North Austin!

Very satisfied for communication and efficiency of team. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealer service location.

This was one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences I have ever had ! I asked to speak to a general manager at this place for two days and no one called or reached out to me. I was able to speak to a financial manager which was pointless!
