If I could give Jose more than 5 stars I would.

If I could give Jose more than 5 stars I would. He is honest and straightforward. Exactly the kind of guy you’d want to work with on a car deal. One of a kind person. Would recommend him to absolutely anyone working with Toyota. 10/10.

Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my

Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. Their appointment system is excellent. This dealer has a seamless maintenance process. Got there an hour early; no worries they still checked me in immediately. They have a well oiled system where areas of their maintenance process is integrated and customer interface was comprehensive. They have two customer waiting lounge’s which serves a variety of free coffee and donuts plus free internet while your car is being worked on. They have numerous staff and garage maintenance facilities to handle vehicles like a well run factory. Great customer service. I highly recommend Toyota of North Austin!

My service rep Walter Ortiz, made sure repairs I got done

My service rep Walter Ortiz, made sure repairs I got done would keep me safe on road for a long trip across country! Diagnostic was quick, service was quick and responses were quick. Very satisfied for communication and efficiency of team. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealer service location.

This was one of the most frustrating, disappointing

This was one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences I have ever had ! I asked to speak to a general manager at this place for two days and no one called or reached out to me. I was able to speak to a financial manager which was pointless!
