We were from out of town and heading home with a 6 hr

We were from out of town and heading home with a 6 hr drive through the mountains at night when the check engine light came on. Not wanting to risk getting stranded in the middle of nowhere, we spent the night in Colorado Springs and was at Toyota of Colorado Springs when they opened. Jim Shipley explained that they were completely booked, but he could get an initial diagnostic to see if was something simple. Within 2 hours they had identified a broken sensor wire and a dead cell in the 12 volt battery and had my car fixed and I was on my way home with confidence. Thanks so much for the great customer service extended to someone just passing through on their way home.

Thank you to Toyota of Colorado Springs and Service Advisor Randy Lee for coming through for me today! After hitting a piece of semi tire on my way home from work yesterday I couldn't even check to see the damage because I'm 9 months pregnant but I could tell there was something hanging down under the vehicle. Not only did they manage to squeeze me in between appointments to check, but the service department was able to fix the (relatively) minor damage and make sure my car was safe to drive to and from work and to get my daughter to and from school! I can't appreciate their service today enough and I will definitely keep coming back! Thank you again!
