Who knew a simple drive by would turn into leaving Toyota in the car of my dreams?! JB was absolutely outstanding and worked his magic to make that possible for me. I’ve been eyeing the new Rav 4s for years but wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger. We are a Toyota family through and through- we’ve owned a Tundra, FJs, 4 runner, and a land cruiser. You cannot beat the Toyota quality, reliability, and most importantly their outstanding customer service.. So when it came time for an AWD upgrade from my scion- JB was incredibly knowledgeable and very forward and upfront discussing numbers after a fun test drive in a brand new Rav 4. He was doing everything in his power to make it work for me and my budget. JB went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations on buying my first brand new vehicle. I can’t recommend him enough! He was respectful of my budget and goals and worked exhaustingly to get me into the quality top of the line Toyota of my dreams! If you’re on the market to upgrade or add another Toyota to your fleeta definitely stop by and introduce yourself to JB! I cannot recommend him enough!

Good price and good communication on my 2020 Tundra. The added one charge that was not disclosed prior to me arriving at the dealership buy this was minor. I also expected more for my trade in based on Truecar but all in all I got a decent deal. My salesman was friendly, helpful, and low pressure. Very nice to work with.

Eric Rickerl was exceptionally great for a car salesmen! Never seemed to give us the run around or be sneaky like I’ve encountered from past car purchases. He was very informative on the vehicle we were interested in and had a spark of excitement when showing us all of the features the vehicle had to offer.

The experience of buying this car from Larry H. Miller was as pleasant as buying a car could be. Robert Raphael is probably the best sales person there. He was not pushy and very courteous and thorough.
