Excellent team that goes above & beyond! I felt like they were all as excited for me as I was! I love my Kona! Dale was wonderful to deal with, he felt like a kind “uncle” who wanted to be sure I got what I wanted. Never pushy! So personable! I hope to send more customers to McGovern & have a great business relationship for years to come!!!

Doesnt honor warrantys they sell at this location
Bought a white 2018 elantra. Bought an extended warranty. Its chipping bad!!! I brought it in for an appt to take pics to send it in to the warranty dept was told someone will reach out in a few weeks. Well 6 phone calls later of taking my name and number saying someone will call you back which never happened!!! I was told to pretty much kick rocks cause they are not taking anymore claims for peeled paint even though my warranty covers that she said try another dealership!!! Ummmm wait… WHAT!!!!! now i get the whole independently owned thing….well sorta but saying to your customer we dont know how we are gonna get reimbursed so were not gonna honor the warranty that was sold to you so try another location is a poor business practice and is disgusting! I didnt buy my car or warranty at another dealership! I then called corporate. The lady i spoke to was awesome she was confused why i was told that cause my warranty covers it🤷🏻♀️she then was nice enough to book another appt with a different location. Sad this place was my whole familys go to dealer my mom and niece just bought 2 new cars this last year alone…… im going to ensure that will never happen again especially when keene dealer is so close🙌

Great Experience in buying my car
I bought my used car from here a couple of months ago and it was a great experience. Nassar and Zac were very helpful and made for an easy transaction. Their pricing is competitive and there was no need to "haggle" on price as they were right on point for the market value. I do recommend this dealership.

Deceitful dealer
Disrespected disabled Veteran. McGovern Hyundai would not honor AD Price on one qualifying vehicle HL1303, making me get a lawyer to bring them to court. Stay clear of this cesspool of deceit.

Taking Advantage of Disabled Veterans
This dealership prides itself on ripping people off. Inquired about a vehicle to find out they're charging a $3k markup over MSRP. This is what you call taking advantage of people and the current situation we're in. Dealership profits are at an all time high, yet they justify these unethical selling behaviors by stating they're paying more to receive a vehicle due to low inventory. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, these types of predatory practices make it nearly impossible to purchase a car in order to get around and make it to appointments. These selling practices should be illegal, but in good ol U.S. of A, capitalism comes before people... even for those of us who served this country. I for one will NEVER do business with this dealership or any others who have charged premiums during this time. When the tables turn, you'll wish you didn't screw over so many people.
