Shawna is the best Service Advisor I have ever had. Being 76, I’ve certainly had many. Her vibrant personality and friendly greeting sets the tone for a wonderful experience. Most importantly, I trust what Shawna has to say as I know she is very honest and not trying to merely up-sell me. Without fail, during each and every appointment Shawna has gone above and beyond by assisting me with her knowledge of the electronics within my vehicle.
