We brought the car in because of a maintenance reminder

We brought the car in because of a maintenance reminder message on the display. Also requested an oil change. Brendan was very helpful. We were surprised that we needed to pay for a wheel balance AND an alignment? Seems like there is some redundancy there.... Pam and Scott

I brought my car in for a 10,000 mile maintenance and was

I brought my car in for a 10,000 mile maintenance and was told there was a recall in addition to my routine maintenance. I should have been informed ahead of time of this time commitment if which I had no idea. Yail told me it would take 3 to 4 hours. I was not anticipating being at the dealership ultimately from 9:00 -2:15. Really disappointed with the Corwin dealership.
