Previously owned Mercedes. Purchased new Subaru in Oct from same dealership. My first routine “maintenance” of Subaru a few weeks ago. As always…Excellent service but at much less cost. I’m a convert to Subaru.

I ordered a part for my vehicle and tried to get ahold of the dealer to get the status of the part and no one would answer even when a salesman tried twice. Went in and was told by a pink hair girl it should be in tomorrow and I would get a text or email. 2 days later and went in and she told me they had accidentally given my part to someone else and now the part is back ordered for 2 months. I needed this part to put my intake back together and now will have to find somewhere else and wait for them.

Everything was great except for them paying off my Buick. After 2 weeks of owning the Subaru, I had to make a payment for the Buick that I wasn't counting on.
