I responded to an ad on Facebook for a 2022 Bolt EUV that had 12 miles and was listed at an excellent price. Megan reached out to me to let me know that that car wasn't available, but others were at a competitive price. The problem is that the listed car was not actually for sale! Megan told me that that particular car was being refitted with a new battery via the recall. Questionable sales practice at best. In the old days, that was known as bait and switch! BTW, I have seen that same car several times on my Facebook feed! So, if it was a mistake, why is it still out there? I asked about the cars COULD sell to me and she then let me know that since the dealership is in Washington and I'm in Missouri, I would have to have car shipped or come pick it up?! What in the world are you doing with this technique? Trying to sell a car that's not for sale and then switching me to a car I have to drive thousands of miles to pickup. Why? Does this actually work for you???
