Had my new 2500 Ram for 2 weeks and it went in for brake issue. Has been there for 2 months now and still no word on when it will get fixed. Was told I don't get a loaner or rental. The dealership and Chrysler costumer care could care less.

I have a 2013 Ram pickup that I bought new with a Max
I have a 2013 Ram pickup that I bought new with a Max Care warranty and recently the engine light came on, not blinking,, I took it into Pettus Ram and dealt with Josie who is great. After replacing thermostat my light came back on after a few miles of driving. I took it back in and they were so fantastic and understanding. They wanted my truck for a few more days and my extended warranty covered the cost of a loaner car which they provided me with a Dodge Hornet, nice little car to drive, anyways Josie and Melissa were so caring , kept me informed and after driving it for a week my truck is running smoothly and no engine light is on. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone that worked on my truck including the mechanic, don’t know his name, but they all were so great and made it such a good experience. My truck is old but I love driving it and am so glad I had the extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars and the dealership with its cooperation made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Josie and Melissa for always wearing that big smile and being so helpful. Thank you Pettus dealership for having a great crew of people !!

I had a brand new ram needing a new head liner due to a
I had a brand new ram needing a new head liner due to a leak possibly from the 3rd tail light. They put in the new liner and did not put in the sun visor. I also had locks on my wheels and they used something other than the lock to remove my wheels. They destroyed my wheels by scratches and dints on the wheels. However with some back and forth they replaced the wheels. This place needs professional workers. Consider the high price vehicles that i have purchased over the years you would think they would have professional workers on these trucks.

No better pricing and customer service anywhere around!! Staff was very helpful, facility was clean, and large selection of cars in stock. I would recommend to anyone I know.
