Everyone was super helpful. Heather is amazing If you’re looking for a vehicle at Honda of Harvey I highly recommend asking for Heather to help you find exactly what you want that is within your budget.

This is the worst experience ever, if I can rate Honda a -100 I will. I bought a 2019 Accord which is paid for and it only has 65k miles, 2nd time in the shop. I bring it to Honda late December and it was there for about a month, on April 30th it stopped. The 1st time it would accelerate over 20mph now it’s not moving. Callled corporate and filed a claim which they denied. I am stressed because the work order they’re requesting it almost 5k and in January the warranty paid over 3k. Honda is scamming their customers and refusing to make the issue a manufactured recall. It’s all over TikTok that people are experiencing the same issue with the same year, make and model. This is insane;-/

Ryan has sold me 2 cars so far. He is great to work with. The service department is always hit or miss, even with something as simple as an oil change. I always plan on being there a few hours. Here is one suggestion, if you need to cancel warranties, DO NOT let Honda of Harvey do it for you. Take the time to do it yourself. Someone dropped the ball and my refund was not processed properly. It took almost 12 weeks and I lost money because of it.

Terrible post-sales service.
The actual sale of the preowned vehicle I purchased was fine. However, the after-service has been terrible. I was assured there was a second key fob for the vehicle, but they still have not been able to find it - three weeks later. First the sales person, Jeremiah, said the customer was bringing it in. Four days later when I returned to the dealership, he said the manager lost it, and he was going to call his "key guy" to get a fob for me. A week later, nothing. A week after that, after texting the sales person for the third or fourth time, the sales guy had someone named David call me, who said he would just pass the issue to the used car manager. I am fed up with these people. It is near-impossible to get someone by phone, and the voicemail of operator is full. Overall, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Good price, easy to negotiate with, but just awful after the papers are signed. At this point, I am left with no choice but to file a partial transaction dispute with my bank in order to recoup the cost of a new key fob ($410.19 + tax).

Avoid this dealership and the 2020 honda pilot stock #SP 9992 !! that is still for sale at this time !!! in everyway you can are you will be sorry!!! Serious water leaks for no telling how long !! Sold as a CPO to me Not Even Close !! It Will be the worst mistake you will make in your life and your pocket book !!! The Worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with in my lifetime !!! Oil level over the factory lines and had not been changed by dealership, on dip stick, no washer fluid, radiator fluid not in between lines tire pressures not even close to factory sticker, paid & extra $1,295.00 for a sign on salesman desk as of on top of sales price for serving car !! as in other reviews i read no communication from service, or management !! after 26 days of them having my new 2020 Pilot for only 1 day myself the So called GM tells me that they think they have found the leak problem and sill wanted to know if I wanted this Car and I said NO I want to back out of this deal!! I tell her that i would like to bring back the loner and get back my $9,000 deposit back, GM then tells me it will take another Week to get My $ then she tells me just because I raised My Voice, that they would now back out of buying my trade, and have my trade dropped in my driveway and pick up loaner, then another call from another manager telling me I had to bring back loner, remove my car off their lot before I can get my $ but sill have to wait a week to get it, after they had cashed my deposit check 2 weeks prior. Then insult to injury I go to remove my car bring back loner get my $ and guess what they had removed my lic tag off my car, they have blocked my phone calls and still no response in tex messages from manager of where or what happened to my plate !!!!! the story continues !!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HONDA OF HARVEY FOR SERVICE!! They failed to diagnose the original problem that I brought my car in for and I got three different explanations from three different people as to why. I still paid $2000 to have my AC compressor replaced, and the very next day it began spewing freon and making a horrible clunking sound, so I had to return the car for ANOTHER fix. This time for a problem they caused. I asked for a courtesy car, since I had been without a car for 10 days and was looking at another stretch without one, but they said none were available without so much as checking. I asked for regular updates on the progress of this SECOND repair when I dropped it off two business days ago and had to call them today to ask for an update. The woman who answered the phone knew nothing. So now it has been two weeks that I don't have a working vehicle because 1) they didn't fix or even diagnose the original problem and the collective service department couldn't agree on an explanation why, 2) the $2000 fix they did do wasn't a fix at all and ended in an eruption of freon and 3) the level of service has been sub-par at best and not once has anyone from the team tried to offer any kind of assistance or follow up about a courtesy car for my troubles while they clean up the mess they made of my AC. Not to mention, yet again, the original problem that I came to them for and no one can tell me why exactly they didn't bother trying to diagnose it.
