I wanted this to be a good review I really did as I

I wanted this to be a good review I really did as I thought they were being honest.... we were told that there was a check engine light on and they were unaware of what the issue was they offered to buy us and plan from a warranty company for a year which made it all sound great. So yes we are the fools for agreeing to purchase a car that has transmission issues when they swore the warranty would cover it but little did they know that the warranty company obtained the records of them calling around to get pricing for parts to fix this which then labeled it as a pre-existing condition and now we are screwed we tried to purchase a different car before this one but for some reason got put off the track of that one with supposedly no title coming in the mail and whatever the issues were so we were told about this one... so I'm sure I'll get the response signed papers as is this that in the third whatever I could care less at this point they knew they tried to fix this and also ordered a valve body for the transmission so they were aware it was transmission issues when they said there was a check engine light on and they did not know what it was they very well knew specifically what it was and they made it sound super great with purchasing the warranty for us which is now useless and all of this will be out of pocket for us! Also will be looking into the inspection stickers that were on it as from the date when they obtained the vehicle per the records and the date of the sticker it was purely not legitimately inspected because if the check engine light was on then like it is now(which clearly it was) that's an automatic fail and it should not have been inspected which in PA, if a car dealer falsely puts an inspection sticker on a vehicle that wasn't inspected, they can face penalties, fines, and even legal action.👎🏽 EDIT TO ADD! I DO NOT CARE about their minimal help to pay 1k towards trash THEY sold knowing what was REALLY wrong with it. They must not realize claiming that they thought it was okay well guess what ignorance is no excuse for the law. I will have their workers subpoenaed for lying from the mechanic who sat in the backseat of the car to the young kid that's super Shady and lies as well. And they can also shove the as is crap you know where...I have proof of illegal inspections(from multiple people), warranty fraud, deceitful practices to name a few...sad thing is... they got the wrong one little do they know what I have recorded whether it be screenshots video phone calls any of it I have it all because I'm not stupid. I do not need a response to this review if I get such a response I will post every single ounce of proof that I have. And before you even try to throw the as is crap in someone's face just know.. “As Is” Disclaimer is Ineffective If Unconscionable, in Bad Faith, or Circumstances Indicate Otherwise. “As Is” Disclaimers Are Not Effective If Not Properly Disclosed and The unconscionability standards also apply to warranty disclaimers, such as where the dealer knew of major defects, the consumer did not understand English, or the dealer contradicted the disclaimer with oral assurances. If unconscionable, the “as is” disclaimer will not be enforced. Which he clearly knew of major defects that were not disclosed to us but in a nice recent letter that I just received with a response from the dealership he's acknowledging everything he knew that was previously wrong with this car which we had no awareness of! I will be having his work as subpoenaed that's it that's all! Also in a public space, open door policy areas it is not illegal to record conversations, nd since you declined what i requested through the attorney general I will now be handing over said audio of everything he SAID and did NOT SAY including telling us how to lie to get the work covered by the warranty company, you think I asked about that warranty multiple times for my health? 🤣🤣 keep lying!!!

To start off I guess they do earn one star for

To start off I guess they do earn one star for friendliness. A Warning to Potential Buyers I had high hopes when I purchased a 2012 Jeep from this dealership, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I was initially quoted a price of $4,200, with the condition that the vehicle would pass a thorough inspection. I was reassured that the vehicle would be in good condition, and I trusted that the inspection would ensure it was ready for use. However, after two separate visits to the dealership for inspection, I was repeatedly told there were delays with parts or that they were waiting on something. Finally, when I went to pick up the Jeep today, I was told it would never pass inspection due to severe frame damage. This was never disclosed to me prior to purchase. When I asked for a refund or at least part of my money back, I was offered only an alternative vehicle, but it was four years older with 30,000 more miles and came with a price difference that I would have to pay. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and is incredibly frustrating. Then on the day I called the attorney general he states he cant give me my money back it’s not like Walmart. It seems clear that the dealership misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. If the frame damage was known, it should have been disclosed upfront. Now, I’m left with a vehicle that cannot pass inspection, and I’m being offered an option that is not comparable to what I purchased. Buyer beware—if you’re considering purchasing here, I strongly recommend you do your due diligence and ensure the vehicle you’re buying is in the condition promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, should be named Car N Wait. Ive ran in circles for nearly a month!

Do not buy from here.

Do not buy from here. I bought a car a year ago. The frame is rotted all the way through in a year. There is NO WAY in a year it should have been able to do that. That car SHOULD NOT be on the lot to even be able to buy!!

What a shame

Bought a 08 sport trac here, really friendly people. However after bringing it home and attempting to get it inspected I found out that the vehical never should have been on the lot to be sold and is a hazard to drive (according to the mechanic) Would cost me $3600 to get it to pass inspection. Tried getting ahold of C@D auto and have gotten no response after several phone calls messages and emails. Beware if your buying a vehicle here, it's clear that the vehicles are bought from auction and sold directly after with no warning to you. It's a shame to as I like supporting small business owners and really wanted to help promote their business.
