Accommodations horrible

No customer satisfaction.. no plugs for computers to work.. no private places to conduct business. If your waiting 3 hours for a oil change It would be nice to conduct some business.. coffee machine broke.. I’ll go back to Edmond !!!!!!

Love my Ford vehicle and their dealership

The building, campus, and atmosphere are new clean and professional - along with the employees and their dedication to service. This is my first time to buy a vehicle from CONFIDENCE FORD of Norman, and it is my second time using their service department. They have indeed met my expectations and noticeably care about doing a great job and maintaining your vehicle. I also like the dealership name “Confidence Ford” and seems to be congruent with their business and identity. It is much appreciated-Thank you.

Best Car Buying Experience

Stopped at Confidence to look at comparable suvs to the Tahoe and suburban. Myself and my wife were immediately greeted by Heather from sales and we explained as to what we were interested in looking at. She took us straight to their Expeditions where we were showed a King Ranch. Where as the vehicle itself was nice, it was not what we were looking for. But shortly after being showed the King Ranch, Cord came out and immediately noticed my dislike for the vehicle and suggested the Timberline model. As soon as we saw this line of suv we were interested and the attentiveness and customer service from both Cord and Heather was outstanding. We took the timberline for a test drive and when we returned we started talking numbers. Cord and Heather got our info and took into account that we had trade and knew what we expected for the trade and got us more than asked. We also got an intro from Travis whole I believe is a Sales Manager, either way he also assisted in every way possible including checking on a couple dmv things that I was unsure of. Bottom line, from the time we walked in the door to taking the keys and driving off the lot, the sales team(Heather, Cord, and Travis) gave by far the best experience in buying a vehicle I could ask for. Not to mention the hard word and determination of Blaine and Kailey back in finance to ensure I got the best rate possible. I surely recommend this location and this individuals named if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

I rely on Confidence Ford for service

I had a very good service appointment at Confidence Ford in Norman. it was a basic repair, but I also had some diagnostic work done. They did a very good job and keeping in touch with me by phone throughout the day to let me know what they were doing. My car works great and thank you shuttle drivers for bringing me to and from my location that really means a lot to me.

Outstanding Dealership.

The salesman, Skyler Stevens, that waited on me was very professional and courteous. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and I enjoyed that! I appreciate everyone that helped me get this F-150. Outstanding vehicle!

Disappointment

I called and made an appointment 1 week ahead of time for a vehicle alinement. After arriving early, I was told by the two service advisers in the office, they were busy and could not help me. After waiting over 10 minutes I went into the cash office for assistance. They took me back into the office where the service writers were. One of them took my information and told me it would be a 3 hour wait for them to do my alinement. The one I had made an appointment for a week early. I agreed to wait 3 hours. When the three hours were up, I went in to see how much longer it would be. I was told the vehicle was ready and had been ready for some time. The female service advisor was too busy to come tell me.
