Hassle Free experience
Excellent. Nash took time out to help me, and I would personally recommend him for the services that Empire Volvo has to offer. The dealership where I bought has given up on me, and Empire Volvo really got the car fixed in a few days without any hassle.

Loaner charge.
The service was performed adequately. I dropped the car off on Monday morning but it wasn’t looked at until Tuesday. I got a text on Wednesday around 11 AM telling me the car was ready. When I checked with service I was told that if I didn’t pick the car up that day I would be charged $300/day for the loaner. Driving 3 hours on Wednesday was extremely inconvenient and had to juggle other appointments. I told them I couldn’t pick the car up on Thursday since I was working that day when I dropped the car off on Monday. I would have preferred a heads up as to when the car would be ready to be picked up not get it now or we’ll charge you $300/day for the loaner. I was told this was company policy.

Will Pulistar assisted me through my drivers window glass replacement. He was attentive and updated me through the entire process. Overall the Smithtown Volvo shop in Long Island is excellent!

Will in service is very welcoming, honest, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel like an appreciated customer. From the very first encounter with the front receptionist to Daniel Lohse my salesman , stephan the young man who helped show me all the ins and outs of the car and nick in finance, I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to do business there at Empire Volvo of Smithtown!
