One of my best experiences buying a car from a dealership. My salesperson Mike Heuvel was very helpful and didn’t use any pushy tactics. I would recommend this dealership and Mike to anybody who’s even thinking about buying a vehicle.

Everything was done in a timely matter -but so expensive!
Everything was done in a timely matter -but so expensive! Even at that I know things of quality are pricy! You missed a 5 star rating BECAUSE YOU DID NOT RESET THE CLOCK TO THE CORRECT TIME!! That little thing bothered more than the price!

Awesome service. Patient with me changing my mind numerous times. Very good explaining all finance options. Very good in explaining all the cool features of the Jeep. Mostly good, but.
Mostly good, but..... I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I bought a $100 coupon for two synthetic oil changes. I was warned that the oil change coupon only covers 5 quarts and my Grand Cherokee holds 6. I am not sure if I was charged for the extra quart. I appreciated the free car wash and the free key fob battery change. Nice. But, I was charged $18.74 for "shop charges" which to me seems to be an easy way to pad a bill and offset a perceived discount from a coupon. Otherwise, the service people were courteous and attentive.

I have serviced my 2021 Jeep since I bought this at this
I have serviced my 2021 Jeep since I bought this at this dealership. Now after 50K miles, they tell me I need a new radiator. I said you had the Jeep since I bought the car in for service. I told the manager that there was a water puddle on my garage floor from the first oil change. They claim they inspect the car every time is in for service. I asked to see the radiator and sent me pictures. So I asked the General Manager to call the Regional Service Manager to discuss this. He said he needed the radiator in case any questions he may Well, I called three hours later and said he throw the radiator in the junk. He lied to me. After 3 days I still did not hear from him. The person I am talking about is Shawn Feldman, Based on this response I would not recommend doing business at City Scala&kohlI
