I bought a car in September here and noticed when I got

I bought a car in September here and noticed when I got home the MOON roof over didn't close. No biggie my sales person said they would repair it with the chip that was already in the windshield, a broken front camera, and the seat belt that wouldn't buckle..... well when i brought it in they only did the camera and seat belt and told me to come back for the rest on another day because the windshield guy wasn't there and they needed a piece for the moon roof........ fast forward to beginning of December when i got scheduled for service both the service advisor and sales person were no longer there and they didn't put it on file so they wouldn't be fixing it.... as aggravating as that is whatever....i left it there to get the windshield done and when I picked it up the SUN ROOF now didn't close and the broken piece was lying on the cup holders!!!!! When i called and told them they broke it the disregarded me and refused to do anything saying they didn't open it or do anything with it....however if it was already broken how would it be closed when i dripped it off and why wouldn't I say anything. Also, the service adviser Christian that I worked with this time and the supervisor Jared. We're both extremely rude and condescending. I will never do anything at this dealership again. I will take my warranty and do all repairs elsewhere. And I will never send anyone here to purchase a vehicle. They are rude and unprofessional.

Worst Possible Dealership

My family has been customers of Sahara for ten years, have bought three new cars from them and have had them do all of the service work on all of our vehicles. We have interacted with many service reps over the years (Including Abraham, who we're told has been transferred to another location, and Christian who's probably the worst rep I've deal with at this company), both before the sale the lithia and after. I cannot say this loud enough: run away from this business and never look back. As many other reviews have mentioned, every single time your bring your car in for service to this place, it will come back with more issues and will require multiple trips to fix. Multiple times their techs have damaged oil pans or failed to properly reattach skid plates after routine oil changes, resulting in not only oil leaks, but parts of the vehicle falling off at highway speeds. And I'm not exaggerating when I say this has happened more than once. But it's not just bad oil changes. On multiple different vehicles, service appointments with Sahara have resulted in damaged cooling systems, suspension systems, and tires that quite literally explode while driving. And again, none of this is exaggeration or isolated incidents. This is how Sahara operates, look at all the other reviews saying the same things. I have countless stories like this, most in writing at this point. Including the time my truck was in their shop for months and I asked, via text message, three times for them to check out the right front suspension. Three times (not an exaggeration) I was told the tech said there's nothing wrong with it. Later I found out the shock mount was broken entirely off the axel and somehow their techs missed it three times? If the incredibly unsafe (damage and neglect from their techs have put my family's life in danger more than once, again not an exaggeration) service doesn't dissuade you from coming here, their customer service should. They have some computer system to contact customers that never works, and delays caused by that system not working will be blamed on you. If you try to complain to their parent company, lithia, they'll tell you they'll get back to you in 72 hours, but don't hold your breath, and further followups with them will only get more lies. I've currently got complaints in with Mopar and BBB. I'm not holding my breath with these outlets either. I cannot stress this enough: stay away from Sahara (and their sister dealerships also owned by lithia in town: jeep only and desert 215 superstore).

Save your time and gas for an honest dealership.

I made an appointment to test drive a specific car, and two salesmen called me in the morning to confirm that I would make the appointment. I asked if the car I was interested in was still available, and I got the run around. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they implied they had several options for me. Clearly they didn't have the car I booked the appointment for to test drive, and they wanted to use other cars as bait to get me in the door. I would think that if I book an appointment, and they want me to keep the appointment so badly that two of them call me in the morning, they would have the car I was interested in available for me to test drive when I showed up for my appointment. Car salesmen at their finest. Needless to say, I didn't go to their dealership. I will shop for my next car somewhere else.
