Ron was great. He helped me out tremendously! He was professional and nice. Answered calls, texts and all questions in a timely manner. No one likes getting unscheduled serivce done on their vehicle, but Ron made that situation a happy one. Thank you Ron.

I have always had excellent service at Serra Buick. However, this particular visit was less than spectacular. Ron wrote up the invoice for AC Delco parts and was more than helpful. When I picked up the car a day later than was promised I discovered from the invoice that OEM parts had been installed. The bill was substantially more than I expected. Thankfully, when I went to pay, the receptionist suggested I use my accumulated points to pay for the repairs. I ended up paying only $81 for the oil change and repairs. This was a godsend because I am retired and on a fixed income.

My favorite dealership service department around! These guys are the BEST and always take amazing care of me. Ron is amazing and I look forward to working with him again in the future. I also always have to give compliments to the service department manager, Jayson McGuire, because he is the best around and that is no exaggeration. He has always taken care of me and I could not recommend him and his team enough. Thank you all for all that you do!!!
