Serra Buick GMC Rochester Hills

I brought my Buick Encore into Serra Buick to have the oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished. The only thing that was not done is the car was not washed when the service was completed.

Best dealership ever . My car had rear camera issue and the part was ordered and when part came in they said it will take two days to replace it. I requested them for loaners car but said it has availability in March end . However they booked me loaners car from car rental company. Even they helped me with shuttle for going to hertz. Excellent service and great customer service.

Ron Farmer did a fantastic job helping me get the warranty company to approve the required repairs and lined up a rental vehicle. Ron did a great job keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. My only disappointment was how long it took to get the necessary parts for the repair ( nothing that Mr Farmer could influence). Overall the service was great.
