Coming from Indiana to purchase a car, they made it so simple and easy! There were a lot of things to work out to make it happen but they worked through each step with me. Then when we were there to pick it up we were treated so well. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive for their service!

YOU ARE a NUMBER HERE and NOT FAMILY. Bill Cripsin treats his customers like garbage. Greed, selfishness, and lack of care is evident with him, his daughter and the entire staff. I was NOT taken care of when my Chevy Bolt 2020 was recalled, did NOT revive a loaner when my car could of ignited at any time and killed me (they said they were out of them), did not even try to get me in a new car. Did nothing and deflected receiving any money back or refund. They played dumb and said they couldn’t help in anyway as he’s sitting on more money and cars than can be imagined. Greed will come back and get you and your karma is now real. You treat your customers like absolute garbage. You and your daughter should be ashamed of yourselves, but you’re probably not bc you’re Greedy, Selfish, and NOT OF SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM BILL CRISPIN CHEVROLET! They owe me over 8k in payments and more now in damages. I actually had to rent a car with my own money while they deflected and played games. Your product is trash. Your company is trash.
