I have to tell you it was amazing that I actually bought

I have to tell you it was amazing that I actually bought a new car after driving my Honda element for 20 years. Maria very kindly navigated me through the process I wanted to run several times. The teamwork was admirable and at the end I bought a used 2025 CRV Sport. However it wasn't until "I ran the Buffalo off the nickel" I can't take credit for the saying I was told that at the end of the negotiation by a sales associate. I wish everyone there the best and will recommend North Hollywood Honda dealership.

Robert was very transparent about the services my car

Robert was very transparent about the services my car needed and the costs. I received free transportation from the service department and then back again at the end of the day. I appreciated the discount to my final bill. I would recommend Honda of North Hollywood.

Andre was very informative and detailed in helping me

Andre was very informative and detailed in helping me understand the issue with my car. I felt as if I was treated like family. There was no “overselling” of services to me. I went in and got done what I needed to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Andre was diligent and kept me up to speed on everything that was being serviced. He is definitely a great addition to the team. I will definitely come back knowing Andre is working there.

Always on time when I make an appointment service writer. Very friendly and helpful. Loved getting the video of my car what they were doing. The waiting lounge area was amazing. I've never had such service before. I love it
