If you're a military veteran do not do business with these people. No integrity, terrible command and control and bad management skills. This crew has no idea what the other one is doing. I made an inquiry about a vehicle, someone named AJ Ford told me it was available, and asked if I wanted to test drive it. I said yes, but I was over an hour away and a slow disabled veteran. She said don't worry I had an appointment at 3:30 for a test drive. I received a text message verifying my appt. and to ask for sale manager Josas. When I got there, an hour and a half later, Mr Josas said, "Oh, that vehicle, we just sold it" and smiled. Then 3 or 4 employees close by saw this and laughed. I did not see why this was so funny. Unfortunately, I suffer from PTSD, so we all know what happened next. After cursing them out, Jeremy "J Money" Scott actually lied and told me they didn't know I was coming, when I showed the confirmation text, they had nothing to say. They could have called me during my hour and a half drive to advise me they sold it. We were texting them during our drive, asking about dealer fees, which they refused to disclose. So they knew we were coming. My wife took off work, and gas isn't cheap. You could tell right away they just didn't care, they want big, fast money, ready to sell me a different vehicle, not the one I had an appt. to test drive, the one they sold out from under me. They don't care about people. I never got an apology, neither will they. However, I will tell everyone at the VA not to shop at this "S" hole. This is a good 25 meter target for the better business bureau ...FU illegal "bait and switch" operation.

Advertised prices are not even close to the real price.
Advertised prices are not even close to the real price. Every dealer charges extra fees, but these were higher than I’d ever seen. The online price does not include unreasonable additional fees like $2000 in "service repairs" and a $1900 dealer fee. Unfortunately, I’d recommend working with a dealership that’s up front about pricing.

So far I have bought (12) vehicles from this dealership if I’m not forgetting one or two. The last a 2023 power wagon - I love coming here everyone here is very polite and helpful. I deal mostly with Tarek and Bill and they are both very professional. I have never had a problem at the service center that I didn’t get resolved. If you give these guys a chance I think you will be very happy in the in.

Misleading Advertised Prices
The online advertised used car price does not include unreasonable additional fees like $2500 in "service repairs" and a $1900 dealer fee, which nearly doubled the OTD price. Unfortunately, it took me 1.5 hours of sitting in the dealership to finally find this out.

Completely dishonest
I went here because Andy quoted me an "instant cash offer" via KBB and gave me a range. I provided all the information on my car on KBB and was upfront. They would only give me "trade in value" and refused to honor the "instant cash offer" which got me in the door, but they didn't explain that to me until 45 minutes after I arrived--totally dishonest!

False advertisement
They had a promotion advertised for them paying over trade value for your trade-in. My trade is in better-than-good condition and they offered me the “rough” condition value, and didn’t offer anything more like the advertisement said. Their excuse was “the ad says “up-to” so we don’t have to give you that”. I will never be stepping foot into this dealership again.

I Do Not Recommend Service Department
Took my 2015 jeep in mid march 2023 to have headlights fixed. I had been told by 2 other mechanics that headlight assrmbly had to be replaced & it was Dealership only repair. Everytime i picked my jeep up or was told it was ready, something else was wrong with it, imcluding being told someone had ran into it doing damage. I picked my jeep up almost 3 months after taking it in & almost $8000 in repair costs. My headlights, turn signals, wipers still do not work. I was told i should trade it in which I could not afford especially after spending as much as my jeep eas worth. I was treated rudely by the service manager & the general manager. I do not recommend their service dept & i have filed a complaint with tbe Attorney General & Im seeking legal council.

My family and I had a great experience. Vinny helped us find two cars that worked in our price range and were exactly what we wanted. He made sure to follow up once we left the dealership to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed!
