2026 Honda Passport Elite Black Edition I will off the bat just say everything is a 10. I had nothing but a positive experience from the receptionist thru sales and everyone I dealt with during my sales purchase. My sales representative Kaleb was very helpful in all aspect of the sale and very knowledgeable about the workings of the Passport. He took his time in explaining how everything worked to my satisfaction. Honda of Middleburg Heights is now where 3 new vehicles have been purchased and a couple of older Accords have been serviced. Once again please use this feedback as a 10 for satisfaction Thank you,

Purchased a used car for our daughter, which I full
Purchased a used car for our daughter, which I full expected issues with later down the line. Had the car for 2 weeks and the check engine light came on, scheduled an appointment for service and naturally this was not covered under the warranty. Worked it out with the dealership and we paid a portion of the issue or so I thought. Here we are 3 weeks later with the same problem. Multiple trips to the dealership and still have the check engine light on. Not able to even get plates at this point since needs an E-check. All that I want is the car fixed, now service is suggesting that I follow up with sales to determine what to do. This is great we throw 2 parts at the vehicle, and not really diagnosing the problem and we paid for a part that wasn’t the issue. I really thought that my experience would have been different.

Stated prepaid maintenance plan at least 3 times was sold
Stated prepaid maintenance plan at least 3 times was sold other services and then told after service was completed that plan had expired, yes my bad for not reading fine print, but also predatory to not let me know prior to service.
