I appreciate the service by all @ Empire Hyundai service. Always a pleasant experience with their competent employees. You pull in to the garage and you met by a friendly valet who text the car and guide you into the waiting room. The waiting room is clean with TV, coffee or tea for your enjoyment while waiting. You don’t wait long and then you are mad by a service advisor. My advisor the last few services has been Chet Lee, who is straightforward, friendly and efficient. I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Elliot Lamboy, the service manager Who always checks that I’m happy with the service I received. I can’t ask for a better experience while having my car serviced. Five stars for Empire, Hyundai Service.

I’ll start saying thank you karen ( my sales person) for the great service from start to finish, very helpful and attentive. I found hillside Hyundai browsing for a car on a great price and came across this dealership offering it and without dealers fees i had to come in and it was a pleasure to do so. Bought a car the same day everything was explained to me no push no rush and everything clear as it should be for all the other dealers out there.
