Easy car buying at fair prices!
Just leased my 4th Kia Soul from Murray. As usual the experience was friendly, low pressure, and economically fair. Given the Covid 19 pandemic, the process was expedited (under 1 hour for the car pickup) and 2 short phone calls to finalize the car selection and pricing. My saleman, Jeff, was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He fulfilled all of his commitments and made the whole experience one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Would definitely return to Murray for future Kias.

Quick, painless, and professional... UNLIKE CARVANA!
I had been treated terribly by Carvana, and I found a great car for a great price at this Murray Kia. They had the car ready for me to test drive in minutes. Every had a mask on and was practicing social distancing. The car was in great shape, and everything was not only painless but easy and professional. They are worth a stop in for sure.

Buying a car during a pandemic couldn’t have been easier! My husband and I were looking for an suv and we found the new Kia Seltos. The process was different but much easier than we thought. James was very helpful and answered all our questions and got us a great deal. We’re very satisfied!

Games and Gimmicks Indeed
Their no games no gimmicks claim is very appealing, and at first you'll believe it. They'll give you a good price on the car you want and great financing options, but the games and gimmicks start when it's time to talk about your trade-in. The Murray Kia website lures you in with their KBB tool to value your trade, making you believe you'll be getting a KBB value for your car. Wrong. It's a gimmick. The offer I was given was more than a thousand dollars less than the fair worth of my car and well below the lowest range amount that KBB trade-in value suggested. After speaking with the sales manager, I learned that they don't even use KBB to help them value your trade. Which begs the question, why is it on their website? The answer- they play games and use gimmicks.
