Raceway Kia is positively an exceptional dealership. Dante, my representative, was knowledgeable, generous with his time and patient. He proved to me that customer service is not just a past concept - that it is alive, and is the only way that Raceway, and all those who helped me through my purchase, do business. I got the 2023 Kia Forte of my dreams after my 2014 Kia Forte came to the end of its time. It’s regrettable that Kia ended the production of Forte’s, but that does not diminish their brand or the wonderful performance of my first Kia, or my second. I look forward to the next decade, (or more), I will spend driving this exceptionally built and beautifully designed vehicle. Was stranded on the side of 476 for almost 5 hours. When I got to Raceway Kia the only thing I needed was my spare put on. My wheel lock key broke. The first thing out of this guys mouth was I have no clue when we will get to this probably won’t be until tomorrow. 4 lugs already loosened and only needed the wheel lock lug taken off and my spare put on so I could make a repair appointment at my local spot. Didn’t care about how I was going to get home an hour away. None of the above. Emergencies happen I get that but this was a 5 minute job. Walked over to the garage. 3 mechanics laughing it up in a circle. There response you don’t know what there doing. Your customer service is horrible. I got my telluride towed there because it was 5 minutes up the road if this was going to be the case I would have towed it to my local spot.

I worked with Cire and he was respectful of my time constraint and made the process seamless.

The experience was excellent. The staff members were all extremely kind. The car is everything we wanted in a vehicle. The only negative thing I would have to say is that we have two car notes because we couldn’t trade in the one we showed up at the dealership with due to the amount still remaining on the lease, but the dealership was in great condition, it was very clean. Our salesman was very nice. I believe Tom was the manager. He did a great job as well and got us approved so I greatly appreciate all their efforts so thank you again raceway Kia of Conshohocken may you guys continue to be successful and may there be plenty of smiling faces at the end of every day?
