Clean place and Tom from sales was nice and helpful. Appreciate him getting my monthly lease payment to the amount I was able to afford. The guy that you meet with at the end that tries to sell/talk you into the warranties and “extras” was rude and strange. If someone doesn’t want the extras, don’t be rude about it. Why would I get some fancy warranties on a car I drive 4,000 miles/year and is in a garage everyday? Trying to scare me into potentially having to pay $1,000 for a key replacement (if it went lost) isn’t great - and they aren’t that price btw. I’d recommend some personal training for him or get someone more friendly in that position. I get you want to make more money and it’s his job to sell that stuff, but why would I agree to pay another $100/month for extras when I can only afford what I can afford? Tom was great though - recommend looking for him for sales.

Buying a new car is both exciting and stressful. Both the sales and service teams at Raceway have been excellent in their professionalism and customer service. Jameson in particular has been very helpful even after the purchase of my Sorento was complete.

Malcolm greeted me as soon as I walked in and was kind, down-to-earth, and straightforward from beginning to end, even going the extra distance to help me drop off the rental I was using. The car sales business is often so difficult and unfair and my experience with Malcolm and the team gave me hope that there are good ones out there. I would recommend Raceway Kia to anyone looking for a fast and fair car buying experience.
