I started buying vehicles there in 1987 and my Family has

I started buying vehicles there in 1987 and my Family has purchased over 20 new vehicles since then. Very pleased with sales staff and service and see no reason to change.

Great Service Manager and support staff.

Great Service Manager and support staff. Only problem I had was the mechanic changed my oil and left oil hand prints on the inside outside of the doors, on the hood, on the seats,and didn't try to get it off and I have a while car with white interior. He should have worn P.P.E. to keep my car the same as when it came to the shop.

First of all the said they could not fix the problem

First of all the said they could not fix the problem until it broke completely. So asked for the service manager. She came saw the problem and said they would get the part ordered and contact me as soon as it came in. 2-3 weeks and I have not heard anything.

Don’t travel from out of town to this dealership and

Don’t travel from out of town to this dealership and avoid working with manager Gina Plomboy! Salesperson was responsive over text and answered questions but gave false information. They had good listing price on the car but then have a bunch of hidden fees, when it comes to purchasing including Safeshield, Stargard, and doc fees. Gina gave false assurance that she would remove the Stargard charge but at the time of purchase she refused to sell the vehicle without this charge. This was fraud by the seller who intentionally deceived the buyer. As an out of town customer I had no recourse, except to not buy the car I had traveled for.

All I can say is AMAZING service!

All I can say is AMAZING service!! Great job! Your service team is phenomenal! After a very disappointing experience with another dealership, we brought our SUV to Express Chevrolet GMC. Beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. They have earned our business. WAY TO GO!!
