My experience started from my first call with Sabrina.

My experience started from my first call with Sabrina. I called to ask hours for the next day, a holiday. She gave me them but added they were open now, 3, till 5. She can have the cars I was interested in ready for test drive and the sales person, Sevi, ready at the door. So I got up off the couch and went to dealership. Everything as she said. Took me on drives with different cars with Sevi and by 4:50 made a deal. Trade was good. I did have high mileage on my trade, so I can’t complain. Made a decision on a low mileage CRV EX. Red! Then the finance paperwork! Ugh! Felt like a house closing. But they are thorough! Very good experience! Would highly recommend Mariano Rivera Honda!

I made an emergency visit to this service department

I made an emergency visit to this service department because of a tire puncture. The problem was taken care of immediately and they also performed two more warranty services while I was there saving me a return trip. Stephanie, the service manager, was extremely helpful and courteous. The entire facility is impressive and I will be returning there for future service needs.

Windshield was cracked by a pebble on highway.

Windshield was cracked by a pebble on highway. When I bought my car, Rivera Honda had an incentive program. My insurance did not have glass in stock. Rivera Honda fixed my window and drove the car to me. I am close to two hours away. That’s concierge service. I buy all my cars from Rivera either Toyota’s or Honda’s. Both dealerships know what relationships mean and treat their customers like family. Please give them a shot, you won’t regret it!!!!!

I contacted this dealership by phone and asked to speak

I contacted this dealership by phone and asked to speak to a sales person. I wanted to lease a new Odyssey. A young lady answered and I was transferred to a sales voice mail. I left a message and was never contacted. Mariano was a great athlete, but his business plan leaves a lot to be desired. I leased elsewhere.

Home of the bait and switch.

Home of the bait and switch. Called to see if the vehicle i wanted was still available and they said yes,drove an hour to go and see it to be told it was sold days ago.
