My experience from finding my car to having it serviced was nothing but positive!!! I had to use Service Dept, Nile was my Service Adviser and he made every effort to keep me apprised every step of the way. Always pleasant and professional!!

Showed up early and Jake immediately took the car in.

Showed up early and Jake immediately took the car in. Already had all the paperwork waiting. I had only time for 1 coffee. Great work Jake

I was driving a long distance to look at a car I found

I was driving a long distance to look at a car I found online, and I was told they had it in stock for me to look at. I informed them I would come and look at it the next day, and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to get there the next day. When I arrived, I was told they sold it the night before. They told me sorry and said I could get a deal on another car, which amounted to a broken promise as well. I’m not impressed.

I bought out my leased Nissan Rogue and had a good

I bought out my leased Nissan Rogue and had a good experience with sales and finance staff. Unfortunately I am really disappointed with the quick service - the website and door both say open til 6pm but I discovered it is very misleading as when I showed up at 4:10pm, I was told that all techs leave at 4pm and 4-6pm are really just for pick ups. Their hours should indicate last intake happens at 3:30pm or whenever it it actually is so we don't waste out time on a trip to get an oil change. I will be getting my routine maintenance elsewhere.

Absolutely best experience ever buying a car! George Fisher and the entire team at Nissan were amazing! I Absolutely love my new car! And the process of trading my 2020 Rogue in to upgrading to a 2025 Kicks was effortless. Highly recommend George and his team!

I have purchased many vehicles over the past fifty years

I have purchased many vehicles over the past fifty years and never had such a pleasant experience with a salesperson at any dealership. Ashton Herrick was very profession and attentive to my needs. He was patient and explained everything about the vehicle I was interested in. He did not pressure me whatsoever and was fair with the negotiations. He went over every detail and answered every question I asked. He went over the top to make sure I understood every part of the vehicle and sales process.
